Is this the end for the current team of Lakers ? I think it is. Not just because they don't form a team or they don't play and act like a team. They simply don't have any chemistry between them when they are on the field so basically it's almost impossible for them to even try to play like a team. In my honest opinion , 80% of lakers team need to leave and a rebuild must be start asap or this team could suffer in long term.

I think we need to be honest about this issue as well. The Lakers are having a really bad time, it's impossible for a team to be champions with a star player. I don't think they have much of a chance in the playoffs.
Next season, the most important players of the team will leave, so they may have a much worse season Smiley

Just sharing you my OT win here with a good odds at 9.75  here, I guess I was just lucky.

Suns vs Memphis - this could be another great game for us bettors. And I will go with the Suns, they are complete and healthy, -6.5.

After I saw the line-up predictions for the Phoenix Suns at Memphis Grizzlies game tomorrow, all I can say that this is indeed a good bet you have. I'll follow you at that bet @Baofeng, Suns -7.5
Quote
Suns and Grizzlies key injuries:

SUNS
F Cameron Johnson (quad) probable
F Frank Kaminsky (knee) out
C JaVale McGee (non-COVID illness) probable
F Dario Saric (knee) out

GRIZZLIES
C Steve Adams (calf) doubtful
F Desmond Bane (ankle) doubtful
F Jaren Jackson Jr. (thigh) doubtful
G Tyus Jones (hand) doubtful
G Ja Morant (knee) out
C Killian Tillie (knee) out

The Suns will definitely gather their strengths now to defeat the Grizzlies because they are looking to set a new record on their franchise in regular games.

@danherbias07 - thanks for the tip about the Hawks game, I put a decent amount on them -6.5 and by the end of the second quarter, everything looks good.

And you are right, Okongwu + Capela = 29 big points and 26 rebounds, as they have taken advantage of the absence of Mobley in the middle.
Cheers to you bro. That's all you taking the risk.  Wink And the Hawks badly need that win, now they are tied with the Nets and Hornets with 40 wins, and defeating the Cavs also prevents them from extending the gap. Hawks still have a chance for the 8th spot if they can keep the winning streak.

Lots of games but the spreads are too high it's not easy to pick. So I just got one today - Denver Nuggets -3.5 vs Minnesota Timberwolves

I am sure the Spurs will win against the Trail Blazers but -15.5 is just too much. Will take this during a live game if the Blazers could start the lead.
Parlays might help in this situation.
Edit: Took me long to post, didn't notice I got the same pick with @mirakal. Good luck to us.

Is this the end for the current team of Lakers ?
We have to be honest, I'm a Lakers fan but I don't think they would really advance in the playoffs if ever they are lucky to win the play-in tournament. Lebron is not playing anymore, there seems to be no urgency to win by this team, so probably this is a goodbye statement for them.

No LeBron James even he is not injured, then message is clear that the Lakers have given up their hopes to be in the playoffs or even survive on the play-in tournament. I support them in this decision because this is the best for them rather than exhausting themselves even if they know what road they will end.
It's best to scout for new young additional in the team that could really contribute and not just a burden, better to start and invest on them while they're young rather than attempting to build a superteam again.

Anyways, I got my bet. Denver Nuggets -2.5 against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

I'm looking at the games tomorrow.

I'm seeing a good opportunity betting on the Memphis at home with +7.5
They are up against the Suns, but I think they are also playing impressive basketball even without Ja Morant.

Both teams are on a winning streak, so I guess Memphis here is the right play.

They've almost lost to the San Antonio Spurs last game if I'm not mistaken, they are holding a good lead but wasn't able to maintain them and they are lucky that Johnson missed a close shot.

And they are facing the number one seed in the West (they are in the second spot), and they are playing without Ja Morant. The Suns might win but it might be a close one, so who knows, maybe +7.5 might be a good bet, currently at 1.8x odds.

That depends on how you will see the game, Phoenix beat the Warriors but Warriors covered, so probably it will be the same thing here as when Phoenix played the Warriors, Curry was also out, some situation with Memphis where their star player is out.

Yeah, I lost my bet marginally (3 points more), the kept on the high scoring run even though the 4th Quarter was the lowest scoring Quarter, It could have saved my bet, I don't think I was bound to win the bet tonight though, because I alternatively might have gone for the -13.5, was also would have been a lost cause too.

I think it's safe to say the Lakers season is over, looking at their remaining set of fixtures, I strongly doubt they'd make the playing tournament position.
I caught the slight window to win it with Lakers +14.5 during the first quarter. Kind of nervous in the last minutes of the game but thankfully, the Jazz didn't have much energy to score or they just let it go.

I don't trust them to win but I trust the spreads.  Grin Spurs have a high chance now to climb the ladder with their schedule facing the Trail Blazers twice. It could be a sure 2 win addition unlike the schedule of Lakers packed with teams desperate to win and strong ones.

You are lucky to be able to get that spread, Jazz did dominate them but it's just enough for the Lakers to cover the spread. It seems like Lakers are not a good team to back now, they keep losing, and looks like they are not interested anymore to qualify in the playoffs.

With their performance in the past games, they might be given a high handicap against a playoff team, and if you see that they cover most of the time, then taking the opportunity is a great idea.

Here are my picks for tommorows game, highlighted in green are my picks

Boston Celtics VS Indiana Pacers

Stake Odds for this game are 1.07 for the Celtics while 9.80 for the Pacers, Robert Williams III has a knee injury and can not play for the Celtics while Chris Duarte, T.J. McConnell, can not play for the Pacers, while Goga Bitadze, Malcolm Brogdon, Oshae Brissett, and Isaiah Jackson is questionable if they can play, if those 4 can't really play against the Celtics then this is a win for the Celtics, however if they can the Pacers will have a fighting chance, and this is a great time because the odds are remarkably so high for the Celtics but I would still wait for the game to start and confirms what is the status, but for this game my pick would be the Celtics.

Memphis Grizzlies VS Phoenix Suns

Stake Odds for this game are 3.90 for the Grizzlies while 1.28 for the Suns, for now the Grizzlies injuries are Ja Morant, and Killian Tillie can not play for the Grizzlies, while Steven Adams, Tyus Jones, Desmond Bane, and Jaren Jackson Jr. is currently questionable if they can play against the Suns while Dario Saric, and Frank Kaminsky can not play for the Suns while Iffe Lundberg, Cameron Johnson and JaVale McGee is questionable if they can play for the Suns, for me if Ja Morant can not play and if Desmond Bane can not play for the team of Grizzlies, this is going to be a Phoenix Suns, win, so my pick will be for the Suns.

Milwaukee Bucks VS Los Angeles Clippers

Stake Odds for this game are 1.24 for the Bucks while 4.30 for the Clippers, right now the Bucks is pretty sure healthy while DeAndre' Bembry is out for the season, while Kawhi Leonard, Jason Preston, Norman Powell, and Brandon Boston Jr. can not play for the Clippers now this game might turn out great for the Bucks right now and they are playing at home so there will be some advantage, so my pick will be the Bucks.

Today my bet is Detroit Pistons (+10.5) - Philadelphia 76ers. Pistons have great ATS (against the spread) record. They haven't lost double digits in 21 games and they are doing pretty well on their own floor. I am also counting on 76ers' fatigue after a tough game against the Bucks.

Good call.  Haven't noticed Pistons have played that well for a stretch.  Wonder what the money line was for this game.  Sixers have a serious issue, they rely on the free throw line and when they don't get there they can't win games.  Might work for a series or 2 but won't last for multiple series.  They need to change something before the playoffs

I’m suprised to see the result too but when I check the box score. Harden only score 18pts which is very low compared to his average score when Sixers is winning the match. If I were betting on today's match without watching the live games, I will go for -10.5 Sixers bet because Pistons stats is much lower to 76ers stats especially when they are playing strong team. Pistons is at the 14th rank on the East Conference standings so I’m sure the odds on there won today is very huge. Congratulations to those who do a suicide pre bet with Pistons yesterday!

I'm Anti-Lakers tonight, No Lebron no show, but I don't find the spread really worth it at -13.5 given that Utah Jazz themselves have been struggling lately, so I'm I going to take the Jazz ML and Under 228.5 combo at 2.10
Good luck with that. It's a high-scoring first quarter and if the Lakers stay close with the lead it might go even higher.

That was some game by the Nets and the Bucks. Almost like a repeat of their playoffs head to head. I lost my bet but it was worth it as I was screaming my lungs out for that last shot of Kevin Durant to go in. I only need that 2 point lead to cover the spread.  Grin
They could've won it in regulation if only they are careful with the ball. Turnovers made them lose the game and that's without Middleton after being ejected for a flagrant 2.

Nice catch there, mate!

I hope you did put some on the ML too ? Pistons with 14 points difference in the last quarter to steal the win against 76ers.

Annoying loss on the Suns spread yesterday but good thing it didn't sting my bankroll that much as I had some on the moneyline.

Liking the Bucks at 2.10 to beat the Nets, both teams prefer not to get a loss here but I much prefer the Bucks since the Nets didn't perform well against the Pistons in their last game. I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly blew out the Bucks since they have the firepower to do so it's just that the Bucks are doing better while the Nets are a hit or miss.

Also took Hawks -5.5 @1.86, the Hawks remain solid at home while the Cavs are regressing plus they're missing a few key players.

I'm like to tail you on this but I think that line was possible for the Milwaukee Bucks since Giannis is still questionable (close to probable) to play in that game because of a knee problem. The game is just about to start and let's see if Giannis can play.

I also like to consider the Bucks big comeback from a strong team Sixers and even win in that game recently.

The Bucks can handle the Nets but I'm concerned with Giannis' health status as he might not be at 100%.

Giannis has played though, and have scored 20+ or more so he must be healthy.

And indeed the Nets is on the lead right now, but it's a low scoring game so I think they will benefit from it. So let's see if there will be another massive comeback again by the Bucks against another great team.
