That's totally fine, we all have the same experience about betting in NBA or some other sports. Sometimes we lost and sometimes we win, that's normal because even if we analyze every stats and their performance in recent games, that won't be the assurance that our bets will go through as they're still humans that will make some mistakes along the way. Anyway, congratulations!

As for me, I lost the bet because spread was -3.5 for me and the Nets haven't covered it well, I'm just a point shy from that bet though

Yup finally I won at that bet and got a good profit.  Although 1.43X is not a big profit in gambling.  Even after that, winning is the real thing. I've bet on the basketball NBA before and won most of the bets. But I do not understand whether it is my skill or my luck

Here is the result on my pick today,

Brooklyn Nets VS New York Knicks SCORE 110 - 107 - WIN

Julius Randle, RJ Barrett, and Evan Fournier have quite a decent score of 20 and up. But it was not enough with Andre Drummond's double-double performance, 10 Rebounds, and 18 Points, while Kevin Durant has scored 53 massive points to win the game; this is a great start for the Nets, after that many lost they got in the past, even though the game was so close it was a win for the Brooklyn Nets.

Orlando Magic VS Philadelphia 76ers SCORE 114 - 116 - WIN

It was a close game for these two teams and Magic's Wendell Carter's double-double performance of 12 rebounds and 23 points with Cole Anthony's backup but it was not enough with Joel Embiid's own double-double it was 16 rebounds and 35 points with Tobias Harris 26 points and James Harden's 26 points to make a win over Orlando Magic.

Phoenix Suns VS Los Angeles Lakers SCORE 140 - 111 - LOST

It was not a good day for Lebron James and the Lakers after that outstanding performance on their recent game, against the Suns, the Phoenix Suns is really dominating, Lebron James just got a 31 points not enough on his last performance, and the Suns, Devin Booker's Double-double performance of 10 Assist, and 30 points, And Deandre Ayton has double-double performance of 16 Rebounds and 23 Points, a dominating game against the Lakers.

As usual it is Durant who carry the team again. But it was a close game though, so the spread was not covered by the Nets because they just won by 3 points when everyone expect that it could be a blow out win because the Knicks are struggling. But they kept the game close to everyone surprises. So congrats to @smartaction, your bet of $200 ML is a win and it's good that you didn't bet on the handicap win.

I'm also taking the Sixers -10.5 even though Magic is showing some decent performance recently the Sixers should still win by double digits since they're much better on the road given they've blown out teams like the Knicks and Timberwolves a few weeks back.



Added the over 221.5 as well since their total during their past meeting ended by 230 points.

Durant manages to carry the Nets winning this one at home.

53 points 9 asst and 6 rebs. Though it's expected that he will really work hard to win this game, NYK on the other hand
didn't give the Nets an easy win, they are close to snatch this game. Not sure about that last play they did, no clear eye
sight even Randle catch that long pass he doesn't have any view, better if they tried it half court throwing that ball and
hope for a lucky shot.

It's funny how he's allowed to move freely in the Arena and more so without a facemask, but isn't allowed to play.

I guess it's just a matter of when, but I guess he'll be playing at home games before the playoffs, hopefully!

Seth Curry had to sit this one out, Brooklyn Nets are going to take a 5 points lead into the 4th Quarter, Knicks are still very much into the game, and it could still sideways. I hope not.

Let's not forget that Irving is still not allowed to play on home games, so he is out in this game.

So the load here will be more on Durant, but let's hope that role players will contribute, especially Curry who has been terrific in the past games.

Dallas vs Celtics is also a good game to watch, I would also try to bet on this game as Dallas are dogs with +7.5 handicap.

Nets need to keep winning and covering that handicap is possible. They are playing solid from there

previous games, KD and Irving are doing the spark while other players who come along inside are also performing that well,

New York Knicks vs Brooklyn Nets -3.5 - the Nets is on a winning streak now, I don't doubt that they can also dominate the Knicks and lead a double digits tomorrow as they also need to win some games.

I don't know if you have read my whole quote because I was saying that there's still a month left and a lot will happen and a series match between the 76ers and Nets in the ECF is possible You definitely misunderstood it.

I'm not assuming about anything, but the way they (Nets) play now makes some sense that they are trying hard to get a secure seat without playing more games in the play-in. The chances may be slim but chances are chances and it doesn't mean that they can't be in the ECF Finals just because of their spot now. Don't forget that they are in the higher tier before KD was injured, what more now.

Here's my early pick:

Game : 76ers vs Magic.

After losing to the Nets by 29 points, I believe the 76ers are going to bounce back pretty strong, so I have to back them with the spread provided by the bookies. Harden and Embiid are going to play, so no problem with winning, therefore my pick is 76ers -11.5. GL!

We might vary on the amount as we gamble based on our budget, but I also like the Nets here, not the ML but the point spread as I believe with Durant, they can still win games, especially against a team that is also struggling. Durant did not produce much in their last game but without Irving, he will be force to do everything so it's also wise to put on the player props for him.

Just like what I said on our local thread, I already lock in my Nets bet on a handicap, the ML is not that attractive, but with that good amount of bet ($200) I think it's worth the risk as the Nets is really the more solid team as compare to the NYK.

Durant may have to carry the team again, but the good thing is that Curry is performing very well and he is really a good addition. And with that said, the handicap bet could be covered by the Nets.

I like the Nets here, taking the point spread is easy for me because they have a great performance in their last game and they beat the Sixers which is better than the Knicks. As I read on the status report of players, Irving is out in this game so it's only Durant who is the superstar that will lead the team but I still trust the teammates like Curry who were amazing lately.

Nice win there, I faded on all bets last night as I didn't know what team to back, looking at the results today I'm glad I did. I probably would have gone for the Bucks or Denver Nuggets and both of them lost.

I'll be going with the Nets -5.5 vs New York Knicks for today's early fixture, the line is currently at -5.5 and It's going to be a tricky one as they Nets would be without Kyrie Irving, so it's going to be a different game and KD might have to carry the team.
