I finished 1-1 last night, Bucks lost to Heat, Big Lol but, I got even with the Boston Celtics +4 vs Clippers.

I'm going with @stadus on 76ers, as I don't have any other bet opinion in mind, I think the game will be down to whoever comes out on top between Gobert and Embiid, It's going to be a tough one though.

I will bet on the contrary though, I will go on Jazz -2.5. I think Sixers are bang up as they have to fight very hard to win against the Hornets last night.

Yeah, it was a disappointing lost for the Bucks, Giannis was not in his true self, just measly 15 points.

I usually don't like to bet on the Lakers game, but this time I will cover them and win against Memphis.

Congratulations mate!

It was an emphatic win by the Jazz, and just like I said it would, it turned out to be the battle of the big center and Gobert dominated, Embiid clearly was really sharp tonight, he was very sluggish in the 2nd and 3rd quarter (complained some discomfort) and I think if the Jazz led decently enough at the end of the 3rd Embiid probably wouldn't have returned into the game.

Hitting the Nuggets +2 against the Spurs here.  Kind of a little shocked at that spread to be honest almost seems trappy.  Not liking the spreads of the other games so guess I will ride with this one.  Jokic is playing right, does anyone know?
Yup, Jokic is playing but take note that the Nuggets are on a back to back that's why the odds are this close.

Anyway, i'm taking the Spurs to win @1.76 since their form looks decent despite losing their last two games.

San Antonio is now on the lead so far Derrick White and McDermott leading the way. But we still have 2 quarters left so maybe Jokic and the Nuggets can make the fight even.

Memphis and Lakers are close as well, Memphis taking a 6 points lead at the half but the Lakers quickly erase it and now turning out to be very tough for Lakers to continue their winning streak. I have Memphis btw, -1.5 here.

Going for the 76ers to win at home, they almost won all their road games and they are on a winning streak now.

Actually, both teams are on a winning streak but I like the 76ers at home being an underdog as I'm sure they can give a good game with the Jazz who played a back to back game, so +3 for me is already good enough as I'm expecting a close game.

Yeah, the 76ers won OT against the Hornets on their home and then travel to New Orleans and beat them again last night.

But this is going to be a tough fight as Jazz is also on a winning streak, both are into back to back games, but since the game will be on the 76ers home court, they could have the edge as the fans are going to cheer and give them that push in a close game against the Jazz. And the good thing is that they are the underdogs so a good bet for the 76ers.

I agree if Lillard isn't playing tonight I like the Clippers here.  I also like the magic at +16 against golden state.  Those large spreads are hard to cover as the end of the game Orlando should snipe some garbage minute points if they were down. 20 or so.  Taking the bulls -3.5 against the Nuggets too.

2-1 last night not bad.  Magic got trampled lol.  Tonight I have one game...the Knicks-2.5

Kind of a Homer pick but the Knicks actually play better on the road and they need to win this one.  They are on a bad slide and the Spurs are a team they match up decently again.  Good luck to everyone tonight!
[/quote]

Hit the Knicks Tues night against the Spurs but glad I layer off last night, another stinker to a middle of the road team.  Knicks are gonna need to make some moves to improve this roster or someone is going to have to step up.  Might start laying against them at this point

What a day for you @danherbias! Congrats!
Thank you, bro.

Grizzlies versus Lakers. This could be a good game. Even without Ja Morant, the Grizzlies team is still decent and can find ways to win games. 5 game winning streak to be exact before the Mavs cut it down yesterday. Take note also that the teams they defeated are not easy ones. Kings, Raptors, Mavs, and Heat. Lakers on the other hand are doing pretty well. A close game against the Clippers and a decent win against the Celtics.

All three games are giving me a hard time choosing.  Cheesy
I don't know why 76ers is a deep underdog versus Jazz so I guess I'll take this one with a safety pin at 76ers +5.5. Cheers!

Cavs are a good 3 point shooting team specially at home, so him and Love could at least make 2 or more three's in this game. And it will be a battle between Vucevic and Mobley in the middle.
One problem, Mobley has Allen on his back, unlike Vucevic without anyone. He will be exhausted in this game or worse be in foul trouble forcing to get the rebound. This Cleveland team is not to mess with when their twin towers are both healthy.
So, I agree with you both and will be taking the -2.5 for the Cavaliers.

I'll add another for the Milwaukee Bucks -6.5 versus the Miami Heat. We all saw how bad the Heat are now even with Butler coming back and they even lose against the Grizzlies without Ja Morant.
Now without Bam, they are having a difficult time protecting the rim.

I lost my props on the over, damn. In any case, I only got the -2.5 spread, I think Lonzo played in this game. It was close in the beginning, but the Cavs started to pull ahead and never look back. Not sure how many blocks Mobley got but he did good against Vucevic

The Bucks though lost to the Miami Heat, Giannis has a quiet 15 points, and then the Heat was phase by Caleb Martin and Lowry.

Unexpected to me, that lost from Miami with Giannis, Holiday and Middleton against Butler and Bam less heat.

Not sure how Martin and Lowry find that confidence to take the lead and lift the entire squad.4

Oh well, moving forward, congrats to all the winners and try to recover back for those who lost their bets for today  Wink

@YuginKadoya, I'm riding with the Spurs pick. This team is so underrated.

They are a decent team as they can also beat a strong team, so I think they can win against the Nuggets since they need to bounce back from a 2 losing streak. Also, I got the Memphis against the LAL, they are only +3.5 here but I'll go with the moneyline.

Golden State Warriors VS Portland Trail Blazers

I've only watched this game and it was really awesome and from this game, the possibility that Stephen Curry could surely break Ray Allen's Career NBA record, and if Curry hit the 2974 mark right now Curry just needs 10 more 3 pointers to Pass Ray Allen, and right now Curry is sitting at 2964 3 pointers it may become a great year for Curry in getting that record and could potentially outnumber that record because there is a lot of games before the finals,

"If you've seen the way I've played, especially recently, I'm not shy about shooting the ball," Curry told reporters following Golden State's victory over Orlando on Monday. "I'm not coming out with the record as the true goal of how I play, but crazier things have happened."

Curry is not really targeting Rey Allen's record but he has shot threes more than anyone else, with that precision and crazily it becomes a very good game for the Golden State right now.

And these are my picks for the next 3 games tomorrow

Philadelphia 76ers VS Utah Jazz

Right now 76ers had 2 injuries but I don't think it can be a big problem for them and Utah Jazz only has Udoka Azubuike that can not play for the game, Hassan Whiteside and Elijah Hughes are still questionable to play, but I think they can, stakes odds 2.36 for 76ers and 1.62 for the Jazz making them the favorite, even though the 76ers will play at home, and I like the 76ers, I will go with the Utah Jazz for the win.

Memphis Grizzlies VS Los Angeles Lakers

Let's start with the odds right now Grizzlies have 2.31 and Lakers 1.65 making the Lakers the favorite, and Memphis Grizzlies Ziaire Williams, Kyle Anderson, and Brandon Clarke is questionable if they can play against the Lakers while LA Lakers Lebron James and Anthony Davis have Abdomen and thumb injuries, and in question, if they can play, well I really like the Lakers and I will board the hype train so my pick will be the Los Angeles Lakers.

San Antonio Spurs VS Denver Nuggets

Pretty much both teams after this game will have another matchup on December 12, I think this is an interesting game well a close game in my opinion, back then the Denver Nuggets is not the same team without PJ Dozier and Michael Porter Jr. in my opinion, and now Austin Rivers has Covid, maybe the San Antonio Spurs may have a chance but this is a 50/50 pick because even though the Nuggets has a good standing, the Spurs can take a win here, so I will go with San Antonio Spurs winning.

Great pick for the Boston Celtics, they didn't give up even in the last seconds, they lose the game but they were lucky to cover the spread. LA Clippers only won by 3 points so that +4 handicap is won. Congrats winners.

I'm on the Bucks spread as well, I don't think Miami will have enough firepower to keep it close at home since they've been recently losing by at least double digits.

With Giannis back on the side of the Bucks, this will probably end on a double-digit win.
Sorry bro, a lot of their bench players stepped up their games. Martin, Okpala, and Strus. I'll remember these guys and I am sure they will have a good spot in the future of Miami Heat. Then, there's the Classic PJ Tucker. Risking his body for an offensive foul against his former team. Perhaps now Coach Spoelstra will think of a way to give them more minutes even when Bam and Butler come back.

I admit I enjoyed betting too much while watching 3 games and ended up betting for 5 games.  Grin

What a day for you @danherbias! Congrats!

Yes, Heat players step up and take this game against their nemesis, Heat wins this game against the former champ who have
their big 3 playing, nothing to say but the rotation and the system that Coach Spoelstra use is really surprising the Bucks.

By looking at the Buck stars, they all tried to win, but Heat managed to snatch this game from them.

Cavs vs Bulls, no DeRozan (their top scorer) and Ball, I think it will be very difficult for the Bulls to win on the road against a very tough Cavs team.

And I would say I would favour Cavs this time -2.5 to win the game. It might be close in the beginning, but once Cavs find their rhythm, I'm expecting them to lead by double digits and then Bulls somewhat trim it down in the 4th. But in the end, Cavs defense and outside shooting might give them the edge.
I think Lonzo Ball will play, but not DeRozan. But I do agree, I will go with the Cavs here at -3.5, very attractive odds @1.96.

Total points could also be 210.5 and I'm also expecting Garland to at least make 2+ three points in this game.

Cavs are a good 3 point shooting team specially at home, so him and Love could at least make 2 or more three's in this game. And it will be a battle between Vucevic and Mobley in the middle.

I decided to act like a homer tonight and for some reason thought it would be a good idea to take the Bulls at +3. I guess it was one being a homer but two thinking we could overcome the loss of DeRozan and Caruso but I was wrong. Too many minutes needed from the bench, tough to beat a solid team like that.

I took the Bucks spread as well, anything against Heat atm... It's been a quite start for Giannis so far btw.

Game: Boston Celtics vs LA Clippers.

Though Boston here is playing a back to back game, I would still trust them to at least make it a close game and probably win the game.

Therefore my pick is Boston +4  and a little ml bet. Good luck everyone!

In their last 3 meetings, Boston won all the games, so I might agree with this pick but since they are in a b2b game and the Clippers are well-rested, maybe we will see the same thing happen to them against the Clippers. And I'm taking note, this is the first game of the Clippers after their road games, so this should start it with a win.

I'm going with the Boston pick here too, playing back to back my might be a disadvantage though, but the Clippers themselves have not been a convincing team to bet on IMO
