I’ve been avoiding bets while LeBron is out with injuries. Steph Curry has been a monster lately though. Anyone picking him for the over on points this year with prop bets has been doing pretty well. With the Warriors at 8-1 and without 2 of their starters you can tell Steph has been lighting it up. He went for 50 again tonight…
And almost going for a triple down, 10 assists, 7 rebounds and 9 3's if I'm not mistaken.

It was really a beauty to watch him play especially in the 3rd and 4th quarter. Also, Iggy though has still spring in his legs as he can go with those alley oops.

I'm also not betting on the Lakers for now, it seems that they are not covering that point spread. They've almost lost again to the Hornets.

I got my first win for the week:

Yes, it was very close, but the Knicks has some final kick specially when they have that time out when Sixers is trying to come back and closing the gap to 2 points. Randle leading the team again but Barrett and Fournier and Quickley play crucial minutes and score good point for them.

I hate to be the odd guy, especially if I end up being wrong, but regardless I wouldn't be on the Chicago Bulls bandwagon tonight and my reason being their back to back losses against the 76ers, and the second game being one which they were around -4.5 favorites, if I'm not mistaken. Back to back game could mean fatigue for the Nets, I agree but could also help a team maintain certain momentum, imo.

I'm not sure if my argument is valid one, or I'm just having a clouded bias, so I'll be going with the Over 216.5 instead and hope everybody can win.

Going with the Bulls pick as well, tough matchup as I was initially leaning on the Nets not sure if the back to back schedule would be a huge factor but I think the Bulls have what it takes to get it done at home.

I also have a small bet on the Heat since the Nuggets seem too overrated based on their recent performance (losing twice against the Grizzlies).

Looks like everyone is on the same boat, how about a ride here?  Smiley

I guess the Bulls has a decent chance of winning here, this is the third road game of the Nets, they might be a little exhausted and the Bulls did not travel while they just continue training and home to make sure their bleeding will stop today, so yes, let's take this to the "W".

Here's my pick again, gotta bounce back from a lose.

Game : Bulls vs Nets.

I guess a team that loses twice in a row already is about to bounce back against the best team in the East. The Nets played last night and it's a back to back game, so I have a feeling that the fresh bulls will win this game to stop their losing streak, so I trust the home team here to win and cover.

My pick : BULLS -1.5

This is a tough choice man but I'm riding it.

The bulls need to win this game, they will be in a 3 losing streak if they would lose and that's not good for them as they have a good start. They lose against the 76ers twice, but this is a different opponent, a much better team compared to the 76ers so it's a good test for them if they could really compete and be in the playoffs.

Yup, tough choice but I like @stadus reasoning, plus the Bulls are going to play in their home court, so I think that's a big advantage though. They really have to prove something here that they are for real and not a fluke.

And as you can see in this game, the Bulls are the favourite: Chicago ML: 1.83, Brooklyn: 2.03.

The odds probably move as it's already 1.78 now, and to get decent odds, I need to adjust on the spread by betting -2.5 for Bulls, I guess that not be a problem if they will really win this game as most of their wins are in high margin, so it's worth to take the risk.

Their last two wins against the Boston and Jazz are won by a double-digit margin.

That's good for the Bulls, the line movement means bookies are confident that the Bulls will win tonight, but it's just my speculation though, I could be wrong and we will lose this bet. Anyway, good luck and enjoy this game as it's probably another playoff scenario that we are witnessing early. I'm glad I put my beat early but -2.5 is still good for me.

Tough lines today I might take a game or 2 but definately tough.  Jazz giving 12.5 on the road on a second night of a back to back.  I might actually take Orlando here.  I do like golden state -13 at home against Houston.  I think they route Houston at home.  And even though I'm a knicks fan giving 7.5 at home against Cleveland seems like a lot.  Cleveland has been tough all year.  Might take the cavs, and then hit the Knicks on a ML bet and try to nail the middle.

Hit the cavs and pushed the gs game.

As far as tonight I know the Knicks are on the back end of a back to back, but embid just popped out for testing positive to covid.  Knicks -2 I really like here.  Don't know if the sixers have enough fire power to keep up with the Knicks.  I'm taking the Knicks and taking the under on the game, I expect a sloppy game tonight out of both teams.

^Yes, took both of them and I guess wheelz1200 also won the overscore.  Wink

That's kind of like a freebie bet even if Siakam comes back. Nets just struggled at the first half and whoever bet at that time might have better profits than early birds.  Grin Because the 3rd quarter showed the difference in offensive power. 17 points Raptors versus 35 of Nets. That's just too far and it's difficult to come back from it.
That game I saw the old James Harden, if he will stay consistent then maybe the nets would really be a big threat this season even without Kyrie Irving. James Harden scored 28 points, got 10 rebounds and 8 assists, that's the kind of stats for a real NBA superstar.

He's starting to feel the needs of his team, no problem now even without Kyrie, Harden and KD are working together bringing the old comradely.

The chemistries are also great for the whole team they are working side by side, Nets is on a mission.

They are silently executing good plays and what Coach Nash is cooking really coming out perfectly.

It is a tough choice alright, even though the Bulls badly needed this win, and so is the Nets but it could play out on your part, Bulls is playing at their court, so it means no hassle for them, and injured players for the Bulls are Patrick Williams, and Coby White and for the Nets, James Johnson, while Kyrie Irving is not vaccinated yet, and Nicolas Claxton has an illness, and for the stake.com's odds Bulls had the edge of 1.83 while the Nets is 2.02 a close odds surely this is a tough choice, but I am going with the Brooklyn Nets.

My gosh stadus, Cheesy that's a big risk even though they just came from a game earlier. I am looking at the odds and it looks like they are expecting a close game because the Nets are still worn out from the previous game and then they look bad at the first half against the Raptors. I'll try to bet at that before the game starts.
For my early pick, I'll side with the 76ers -4.5 versus the New York Knicks. I am still in doubt about the Knicks team if they really are good enough with their chemistry. They won against the Bucks because they are undermanned but then lose against the Cavs.
Adding over 209.5.

My pick for tonight's game.

game: Jazz vs Magic.

Magic is 2-8 this season with no home win yet, so I don't trust them to win against the Jazz that are bound to bounce back tonight.
Mitchell had some pretty good game against the Heat and I hope he won't get tried and dominate the Magic for a win, I'm also thinking that maybe Clarkson would explode in this game after a bad game against the Heat.

Therefore my pick is Jazz -12.

The Jazz were caught cold out napping in the first and fourth quarter and Magic really made them pay!

Cole Anthony was in a beast mode today, with season-high 33 points, 5 3pts at 50% and 65% FG rate...

Maybe that back to back game really made them tired, I didn't expect they won't play hard in the 4th quarter and just give up their good lead like that. This is just one of those bad days where you expect a win because you are seeing your team having a comfortable lead but things did not go right in the last quarter, more like a LA team sort of thing.  And by the way, Clarkson struggles continues.

About the Michael Porter Jr. issue. It's the backache that he had been dealing with since the last playoffs and I think it's coming back. Perhaps, he is not fully healed yet and he is trying to force it. He should think about taking a long rest to avoid worst-case scenarios.

The Toronto Raptors versus the Brooklyn Nets line looks inviting. Is it a trap or is it a steal? I'd go for a steal and bet with the Nets.
Nets -3.5. Over 207.5. Injury reports - Same. Kyrie Irving. I hope he already took the vaccine. If the brand that will be used takes 2 doses, he will be resting for another 3 weeks.

That game looks wierd to me.  And Toronto is tough.  For me I actually like the over 207.5 on that game and just cheer on both offenses.  Nets only beat Detroit by 6 on the road.  Winning multiple road games is tough.  Good luck with your bet.

The Over 207.5 was an effortless hit, If you had bet on it then Congratulations...  I guess Siakam returning for the Raptors is what made the line at -3.5 for Nets who were only Irving (significantly) as it has been all season long, but that was a good bet imo.

The way Utah Jazz is playing, they can cover the spread. They are also one of the teams in the league right now that have the largest margin when winning. Magic has no answer to that and -12 should be an easy task for Utah Jazz. Clarkson only has one worst night since the NBA starts.

Your pick has an odds of 2x. A good pick and I will follow it.
