The pressure is on the Bucks here not on Phoenix.

Maybe if they believe they can win because they are playing at their home, but no if the game 3 loss is still haunting them as they could have won that game. CP3 made mistakes with his turnover and so did Booker has he needs to sit like 5 minutes in the 4th quarter as he got 5 fouls, that was the time the Bucks had a great opportunity for a big run.

We will see in game 5 but I think we have a lot of Bucks backers here as they already won twice in a row, if they will lose it should be a close game and they might cover the -4.5 spread. I love to read what the guys here think about game 5, will the Suns bounce back this time?

Also, the under seemed lock for me. Thoughts on my bet?

Game is in 3 days, where do go we go from here Huh The line is currently in favor of the Suns and it's -4.5 for them.

If we follow the pattern, I think we should go for the Suns in game5 because whoever has the homecourt advantage won so far in this series and they always cover the spread so Suns [email protected] is the way to go but on the other hand the Bucks have already found the confidence they needed that might offset the homecourt advantage  Smiley.

Nice analysis, why go against the home court when the trend is not broken yet?

Of course, I will follow you with that, Suns will win and cover, that's the only possibility I see.

Nice series so far, I thought it will be boring as the Suns already had control after game 2, but no, the Bucks surprised us, and Giannis and company bounced back.
I think we don't need to go and over complicate our analysis, since teams have been holding a win in their home court, it could be true in the next game, so it will be the Suns and could possibly cover the -4.5 spread. It's hard to go against it, yes they have lost the last 2 games, but for sure Chris Paul and Booker will produce good numbers. They've almost win game 4, got a good lead, but the Bucks came up big with the Giannis block and then Middleton mid range jumper. Now it's time for the Suns to take the lead again. The pressure is on the Bucks here not on Phoenix.

CP3 is a vet nothing to worry about there.  The game kind of went as I thought it would.  I mean no one thought the Suns were going to dis.antle them into a sweep.  Now we have a FINALS! I look for game 5 CP to control the flow of the game and deliver a win in a low scoring game.

As I was torn about who's really going to win this game 5, and I was really doubting the odds but as you have said, Chris Paul will sure make a big difference in game 5, and now that they are in their home court maybe things could be different, but that play from Giannis Antetokuonmpo after being in that bad injury was really amazing and judging from his speed he can sure isolate the whole court and take that crucial defense while handling down the offense to Middleton, but I think we can see a different story in game 5 and Chris Paul would sure shine once more, so for game 5 I will surely go with the odds.
CP3 might be a vet and experience player, but he hasn't been in the finals before, it's very different atmosphere and the pressure is doubled. But since it will be in the Phoenix Suns home court, it will be a different CP3 that we are going to see. His mid range could click this time and Giannis might have a hard time scoring and so is Middleton as the crowd will go against them. I will be on the Suns side on game 5.

The game ended up very closer than I could have anticipated,  Phoenix Suns could have even won the game, but in the end they couldn't keep their lead. @DaveF's Under was also a win!

I was also able to make a great meaning off a freebet I got from a pool with this BetBuilder Bet

Congratulations to all winners!

It's Dave1 mate, not DaveF  Smiley, but no offense taken.

Yeah, I think by the third quarter, my chances are high to win the under.

Congrats to all the winners as well. It seems everyone is in sync with this one.  Grin

I can feel you, it seems in the next game, maybe gamblers are going to be torn between. I still haven't made up my mind. Bucks have the momentum, but it will be on the Suns home court wherein we have seen the Bucks losing 2 straight and Giannis missing FT's. This could be the deciding factor if the games is very close.

I was not able to post my pick but I'm with the Bucks in this series, so I won in game 4. Lost the first 2 games, and won 3 and 4 games, in short, I'm even in the series so far.

I'll still keep my faith in the Bucks, betting on them in game 5 with the spread of +4 and ML.

I also want to believe that the game trend of home team winning in their court would change but Phoenix Suns really looked like they only lost to Bucks due to the home court factor last night.

I guess I'll just wait for the game to get close before deciding which way to go, Else I might switch to Over/Unders If I can't make a clear cut decision

I think the longer this series draws on, the worse odds the Suns have.  Giannis is getting his wind back and feeling better and better about his knee.  Meanwhile Chris Paul has to be feeling that familiar feeling of his ring slipping away yet again.  While I think it will be nice for them to get back to Phoenix in front of their home crowd, another loss for them might be too much to overcome.  I still think DeAndre Ayton is the deciding factor in this series and if he can grab 15+ rebounds and score 10+ points on >50% shooting then the Bucks are going to have a problem.  We didn't see this in the last 2 games, so I hope we see it in game 5.  The Suns don't get this far if Ayton is putting up numbers like he has the last 2 games.

Ayton's rebounding will stay because he is the only one who takes the rebound being the only big guy in the lineup, however, his points have dropped significantly after a great game 1 performance, and I think he is already checked in by the Bucks and CP3 as well because we didn't see much of that alley-oops anymore.

Have you seen the alley-oop to Ayton from CP3 that was blocked by Giannis?

I think that was cool, Ginnis have read the play and his presence of mind got Ayton.

Ayton has no confidence playing one on one in the inside because he can't succeed against 2 big defenders inside, so the best play is just the one I've mentioned above.

No doubt about CP3 as he is always a clutch player, I think in this series refs also has a big factor as there are a lot of questionable calls. Well, it's likely a low-scoring game as the trend already suggests that, so I'll stick to the trend and I'll ride with your opinion in game 5.

Yeah the way these games have been played I'm riding the under for the rest of them.  I have never looked but I wonder how the score in finals usually are in game 5 and on.  Wonder if the pressure leads to.lower than usual games.  Worth a lookup to see in the past, my guess would be lower scoring than a teams average overall.

Just like what I said in my previous post the game will be tied on a Milwaukee Bucks win and now we got a 2-2 score, in my opinion, it was a great game for both teams with the desire to win, and on the Suns part Devin Booker is doing everything he can to win the game contributing 42 pts with Joe Crowder 15 pts, but it is not enough against the tandem of Khris Middleton's 40 pts and Giannis Antetokounmpo's 26 pts it was a heated match up and there are many turns over in the Suns part that making the game a Bucks lead, I guess the speed of Giannis is superb in doing defense and rebounds I think Giannis Antetokounmpo focus more on the defense and left to Middleton the scoring and in-game 5 it will be the Phoenix Suns territory that is why the odd in stake.com is 1.57 for Suns and 2.47 for the Bucks I really think this match will last until game 7 so in my opinion, the Suns will now take the lead this time.

Very possible that this match will extend till game 7, with how they've played earlier, Suns almost snatched this game away from the Bucks, and I agree the tandeem of Giannis and Middleton is superb earlier.

Giannis even have 26 points ain't focus taking the charge instead, he allow Middleton to lead them and compete with Booker, that level of competitions is leading this series to a possible do or die finals.

Good for the league and also good for the fans Wink Roll Eyes

The Possibility of the Suns winning the next game is still there but I am very concerned about Chris Paul he didn't do much with just 10 pts and 7 assists, all the play was from Devin Booker, if Phoenix Suns would continue to just rely on Booker without he team play like the Milwaukee Bucks then the Bucks can snatch this victory, but as the game place right now the Phoenix Suns have an advantage, but still it is a great game they have given us,

I think allowing Middleton to take the shots and Giannis Antetokounmpo on the defense more often is a great team play in order to win Giannis was faster and more agile in my opinion.

The match seems to be more tight than expected, after the 2 first quarters there is a tie between the two teams 52-52. However live odds are still in favor of Milwaukee : @1.57 against @2.35 for the Suns, if bookmakers are right Bucks are still virtually leading for the time being.

It is expected to be a close game, must win for both teams. Phoenix briefly take a good lead in the first quarter but Bucks come back strong to tie the score.

It's 104 total in the first half, chances are for the under 220.5 is good. So let's see if Bucks can cover the -4.5 line. 3rd quarter usually a team just comes out of the gate and can blow the game wide open. Hopefully it will be the Bucks.
If it was an expected close game, why did you bet with a -4.5 handicap @1.96 ? That was a very risky bet for odds under 2.0. Suns led during most of the match and they were still leading 2 minutes before the end of the match, I really thought they'll win and the bucks were thinking the same IMO. Anyway congratulations for your winning bet. Wink

It's because that's how I see it, Bucks winning by 5+ or more. The only thing that i got wrong is that it was the Phoenix who take the lead and then Bucks chasing down. I didn't go live betting though, because for sure the odds might have shift a lot specially Phoenix leading almost 3/4 of the game, ML for the Bucks could be very juicy and could be 2.x and above.

Anyhow, congrats to all the winners, 2/2 for me in the last two games covering the -4.5.

As for the next game, I think the Suns are going to cover the spread. They haven't lost 2 games straight in this playoff, this is the first time so for sure they are going to come back strong in game 5 to take the lead.

Well, that's called "homecourt advantage" for a reason.
Interesting match up indeed. Winning both games in their respective home courts.
Interesting game 4 as well. The Bucks were able to play both good defensive and offensive plays down the stretch, securing the -4.5 spread for the bettors. I thought it would end up with a 2 point deficit or an overtime.

Now, what's more interesting is the game 5. I feel like the game 5 might be the deciding factor of who's going to win the NBA finals this year. And now the spread has gone the other way round as the Suns is now the favourite to win game 5.

Expect Giannis to missed a lot of free throws, because the countdown chant will be waiting for him. And now that that series is tied 2-2, this finals turns out to be an exciting one.

Definitely, he will miss a lot because it's not their home court, in game 4, he makes 4-8, that's 50% shooting only, so probably it will be lowered in the Suns' homecourt. I also noticed that the Suns have not fouled him many times anymore, because unlike in game 3, his FT's also decrease to half.

Yes, as the saying goes, don't go against the flow, so why not bet on Suns to cover the spread -4.5 next game as they will be in their home court. So it's now even, but the home court teams seems to be holding and for sure Phoenix will be the favourite game 5.

Expect Giannis to missed a lot of free throws, because the countdown chant will be waiting for him. And now that that series is tied 2-2, this finals turns out to be an exciting one.
