After what I saw in the second game between the Nets and Bucks, I lost all hope of an even competition between the two teams. The team from Brooklyn, despite James Harden's injury, is destroying rivals with the scale of their talent, and coach Budenholzer has no idea how to use the weaker defense of his rivals or the physical advantage of his team. I bet the visitors will win, but as a basketball fan I hope the Bucks haven't given up yet.

Feels like it might be a Suns vs Nets matchup in the Finals this year. I had a multibet placed on them both for today/tomorrow. Phoenix came through with the first half, I just need the Nets to bring it home for me. The way they’ve been handling the Bucks, that shouldn’t be too big of a problem. The game will be on ESPN tomorrow and it’s an early evening game.
Utah looked pretty good in game 1 last night, I wouldn't necessarily count them out yet. I like the suns but Utah had the best record this season. As the Nets go, they're killing it even with Harden not playing. Wouldn't be shocked if they win it all.

With Jokic being pretty much alone I think it should be easy task for Phoenix and the outcome from game 1 will repeat in game 2.

I agree, anything other than a comfortable win for the Suns will be a huge surprise. Michael Porter Jr., their second leading scorer is having back problems after game 1, for someone who's had a major back surgery coming out of high school this is really concerning news. If he is not able to be near 100%, Suns can zero in on Jokic and end this pretty fast.

Here's my props for the game:

Suns ml; Bridges 15+ pra; Gordon 15+ pra @2.05 L

Bridges had a very solid performance in gm1, i think he led the Suns in points, with Nuggets trapping Booker every chance they get, Bridges and Crowder are pretty much always open. As i said above, Jokic being double-teamed and Porter Jr. with iffy back, things might open up for Gordon.

Suns ml; Booker 20+ pts; Jokic 20+ pts @1.62 L

Pretty self-explanatory, both team's best players to score 20 or more, Booker had a slow start in gm1, i just don't see that happen again. As for Jokic, he is probably getting 25+ fga tonight if the Nuggets want to have a fighting chance.

Jokic 9+ rebs; Jokic 5+ ast; Payne 12+pra @1.86 L

9 and 5 are below Jokic's season averages, so he should be able to get those within 3Qs. As for Payton, he had some decent games against the Lakers off the bench, and running against the Nuggets second unit, 7, 2 and 3 are well within his reach.

I like the Odds for that, I was already tending towards taking the Over 222.5 @ 1.84 simply because the ML is just valued at 1.47 and I felt the game might end up being really close enough to not cover -5.5. I'll be following you on the Phoenix Suns and Over 223.5

Suns vs Nuggets is the only game on tonight. I personally would go hard on the Suns. They're a 2.5 favorite tonight and I think they'll win by 7 or more. Homecourt advantage plays a little into my thinking for tonights game.

With Jamal Murray out to injury (the best player on the Nuggets) the Suns have a real good shot to advance.  Jokic is going to be flying high off his MVP win, but the Suns are on an absolute tear.  I think betting on them isn't the worst move for today and as you stated this is the only game in town for the day, so it seems like Suns to beat the spread is probably the way to go.  I hope CP3 is feeling better.  The last game they seemed heavily reliant on Booker's shooting to get them the win.  I'd like to see them go back down to Ayton more.  He absolutely dominated the Lakers and I think he's having a breakout playoff performance so far.
I thought that CP3 is hurt on the previous games because he keeps on missing shots that he used to make in the first quarter. But then he orchestrated a comeback in the third so he is 100% ok. Ayton did a good job as well, alley oop and offensive rebound.

The next game is still open, yes, it's Suns home court again, but I'm also leaning on Jokic to carry the Nuggets to a win, he is riding high on the MVP he got this season. Another double double or even triple double for him tonight.

Honestly, I'm not counting on Murray anymore since they won against the Blazers. They have added Gordon, and I think that's already enough to make them ready to win a game. I don't see the Suns would dominate in this season, Nuggets are actually a slow starter, they also lose in game 1 against the Blazers, but they were able to come back strong to win the series.

Same here, I wanted to see how the Jazz are going to react on Leonard and what kind of defense they have plan to contained Kawhi. Leonard has been playing very well in their series against the Mavs, so I expect him to continue his dominance.  But Jazz has is a good defensive team, and they have Gobert in the middle. So Kawhi might not have that shooting percentage he has against Dallas every shoot will be contested for sure.

I think the Clipper are a bit over valued @2.3+ ML going to into the game, but the Jazz can get flawless sometimes too, I'll be going for the Overs on this one. Gobert would really be pivotal for the in this series, The Clippers struggled with Marjahnovic's height in the last game vs Mavs, Gobert is more dominant are more athletic... He'll be a major headache.

My Bet: Over 220.5

Clippers may have struggle inside, but they are still a very dangerous team, however, I agree with the over as I think it will be the same story with the Mavericks where lots of shooting going to happen especially on the outside, and knowing how accurate the Jazz are, they can score over 120 easily against the Clippers defense.

Harkorede bet won by 0.5 points, the total score was 221 and lucky for me, I also won by 0.5 because I took the +3.5 handicap on the Clippers. I think this series will go in game 6 or seven, it will give us more chance to bet.

It was a really close one, and I'd say I just hot lucky.  I have somewhat lost hope after the 3rd Quarter, I felt both teams will be more conserved and defensive in the 4th, I never saw the bet hitting.

Phoenix Suns versus Denver Nuggets later. Nuggets still the underdogs. The urge to bet for the underdog is really tempting.  Grin
But, I'll stick with Over 220.5 now.
Good news is that Stake.com now offers player props so I can just put my bets there.

Aaron Gordon  pts, rebs, assts 20.5 @1.78.
I hope he will contribute well even while being an aggressive defender.
Michael Porter Jr. 2.5+ 3's made @1.68
Cheers!

Congrats that's a lucky bets from both of you! I also agree that this series may take that long giving more opportunities for fans and gamblers to bets with their favorite teams.

Crucial shot's from Morris if that attempt for tieing the game didn't intercept and block by Gobert, I'm sure you are very happy when
the block happened right?

Mitchell takeover and really dominate the scoring title, he got it all playing the way the team need him . Congrats!

Nice win for him, if that last 3 points shot sink, it could go into OT, and will hit more overs.  This series is like the Dallas Mavericks series, Mitchelle is having some figures like Luka, he is leading the Jazz, maybe the Clippers are now figuring out how to stop Mitchlle or limit him.

You guys will take Clippers in game 2 or the handicap only?

Is Joel Embiid playing? I saw his name in player props and I think that's a good sign but I still can't find any news about him. Questionable status.
Regardless, I already put my bet for the 76ers. I think this should be the time to bounce back or the Hawks may finish them off without going back to their homecourt if they cannot defend it.
76ers -6.5
I may pass with Jazz versus Clippers. I want to see first what the game will look like with two defensive teams. An under score might be a better idea than betting for either team.

for sure that Sixers will find the right adjustments to tie this series, if they don't Hawks will take all the opportunities to beat them, Doc Rivers needs to
find the right man to guard those shooters of Atlanta to stop them from making a huge leads at the beginning of the game, we've seen from game 1 that if they don't have that early leads they might lose this game.

The pressure is too late, better to play the same type of game and make it more harder for the Hawks, Ben Simmons needs to step up and play the game that he loves, attacking the the rim and keep running.

Haven't heard any news yet about Joel, he did play in game 1 and has a big game. So I will assume that he is already ok and have recovered. But I haven't placed my bet yet.
