I know your concern. But the nba finals thread are already mixed up. I made this thread just for the prediction on who will be the team that will get the championship. I hope it makes clear. There is no point on mixing the two thread because his thread has a specific objectives not in general. That's why i created it before the start of the play-offs. Cheers

I like the Spurs to take on the Cavaliers this season and win the Championship. Leonard deserves another Finals MVP as I think he will not get a Regular Season MVP due to stats padding of other stars like Harden and Westbrook. Leonard play like a very matured player and very humble, he should have his time again.

Look, I agree that GSW are an amazing team, but if they blew a 3-1 lead last season to the cavs then the cavs are clearly better. Now GSW fans might say oh but now they have another all star, Kevin Durant. So what? Last season the GSW were the best they ever were with a seasonal record of 73-9 and they didn't win the championship. Why would they win now? Also, Cleveland got Kyle Korver, Chris Anderson, and other bench players that will come in handy when needed. In my honest opinion this year will be another close finals between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. It is either GSW wins at game 6, or they go into game 7 and either GSW or Cavs win. I can't imagine GSW sweeping the Cavs as many are saying. LeBron will just never let that happen

Of course its gonna be the Cavs again. GSW could make a run for the championship but i just don't see them having the same sucess they had last year. And as a cavs fan and knowing how good we are have to go with the cavs

Well I want to see these teams playing on the semi's but I don't know what will be the result of this playoffs. But my bet will be for no doubt Golden State Warriors will be able to make it to the finals again. And I think Spurs or Cav's will be a tough fight I guess. I wanted also to see new teams on the finals like thunders.

Have to go with golden state.

They had a good team last year, this year they added Kevin Durant to the roster which can only make them stronger.

They have the best record. They seem to have learned not to put too much energy into their regular season games and save their peak for the playoffs and championship series.

For all intents and purposes, they look like the same team from last year, only stronger, more mature and improved.

They are looking very dangerous.
