You are right @Quickseller but i thought that i can show some trust and be appreciated so i can increase the loans between members on future, on those can be trusted... but the safe way is this you are referring which i will use for sure next time.Be well and thank you again for your comments and suggestions.  Smiley

Kind Regards,
BTC-bank.

Looking at the posting history on the account it seems Watoshi has a gambling addiction.  Individuals like that can't be trusted with a loan since they can't even trust themselves.  Their brains operate similarly to drug addicts.
At least it was a relatively cheap lesson Wink

Yes @xhomerx10 gambling is actually a disease like drugs! My mistake is that i didn't check it well..anyway thankfully it was a small one and was a relatively cheap lesson as you said..I will be more caution next time.. Thank you for your comment @xhomerx10! Smiley

Kind Regards,
BTC-bank.

this should be a big warning for yourself not to loan someone without any collateral in the future, if you would to lend without collateral, i would suggest to only loan it to some trusted member or only loan a small amount

Thank you for your suggestion @shulio i am used to it as i am investing/lending on BTCjam and other platforms since last June and is the same, there you get a legal net arbitration (i have tons from that) wich is the same to lend without a collateral you can do nothing anyway as i said i will be more careful with members here to avoid scams in the future..  Smiley

Just an update now the loan is officially Defaulted, No update so i consider this loan as scam, as @quickseller and @Vod predict it very right yesterday.

Too bad @Watoshi to take an advantage of my trust when i tried to help you...

Was Watoshi alt of Watoshi Dimobuto ?
kindda have similiar name

I don't think so. Watoshi Dimobuto won't ruin his reputation for this small amount.

Anyway, Watoshi had a big loss. He could have sold his account probably for 2x of this amount.

You probably would have been much better off taking the account as collateral, as I doubt that he would have objected as he apparently has abandoned the account and you would at least would have been able to sell the account in the event of a default

Thank you really guys @Quickseller and @Vod for your comments  Smiley , i am just trying to help some members and build a trust cycle.... but i have already one defaulted here (wich is the first loan from me on Bitcointalk) :

 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.10816338

and member @Watoshi is the second loan that i hope he will come back and pay.

I have to stop trust everyone and be more caution next time.

Anyway he still have time, hope for the best.

I don't think this should be a huge surprise, however he confirmed the loan on March 18, 2015, 01:45:06 AM and was last active March 18, 2015, 02:27:42 AM roughly 45 minutes later. The account has no prior trade history and most of it's recent posts were giveaway posts. I think it is safe to say that he is probably not going to repay your loan

I think I can only give my account as collateral.

I think your account is worth about the same value of the amount of the loan. However you should cover more for security, as guarantee you want to get it back.
I can lend you BTC0.035 with your account as collateral (provided you can sign a message), otherwise you should get additional collateral.

That amount is not enough for my project.
