There is a screenshot that shows a PM from the OP saying he is not going to repay the loan. The address that Zazarb claims the OP had Zazarb send to reflects that the OP is an alt of puzzel.me so he will be labeled a scammer one way or another.

The OPs posts in the signature campaign thread reflects that he doesn't want neotox to receive any funds at all, likely because neotox essentially has caused the account to be revealed as a sold account and eventually as an alt of puzzel.me

I think puzzel.me bought this account and the money he scammed from this account doesn't add up to the account's value.

I saw the pic. In it, he said "I am not interested in paying you anymore as I don't have enough money right now". So I think he might pay on or before May 15 but after you said he removed sig, I don't think he will pay.

I will wait till 15th, I am finding his real name, address and other info

he still have chance to save his 0.8btc worth account by repaying 0.25btc loan
after all the money he owes paid, he can sell the account easily for that amount

I guess he can't sell his account for 0.8BTC because like Quickseller said, he will get negative trust feedback as he is alt of puzzel.me.

you are talking about this?
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11327383

first have a look at user's negative trust, he was trying to sell his account on 8th may
I posted that post after he tried to sell his account, and IMO there was nothing wrong to post this after he was attempted to sell his account
then how you can say that he was going to repay from signature payment when he was selling his account

I did and I meant that raised doubts are just more reasons for the "guy" to disappear.
He/she may repay the loan and then try to take as much BTC as he/she can. Otherwise - I feel you.
I hope that this will end good for both sides.

Guys,

I am recently following this section of the forum and of course - this thread.
IMHO concerns of Neotox should come before giving the loan, not after Vod gave a "signal" that this is probably a scam.
Now the result is:

1. He/she who received the loan have lost the chance to earn some BTC (from some campaign), which he/she was supposed to use to repay the loan.
2. Many doubts from different users started to appear.

My opinion is that despite the fact that he/she is most likely a scammer, Neotox shouldn't do this. This is a 3rd party agreement and I don't think it has anything to do with the loan here, even if Operatr's intentions were to scam both sides.

Terms of the loan are amount BTC, no collateral and term until 15.05.. There are still 5 days left and I think it's better to wait until term is reached, than raising more doubts.

Well the OP has already said that he is not going to repay this loan and he scammed someone else. He is even going as far as trying to prevent neotox from receiving anything at all by removing his paid signature was it was revealed that the campaign manager was going to divert signature earnings.

I think that it is pretty clear the OP is a loan scammer regardless of if he officially defaulted yet or not.

He said he doesn't have money right now, so let's see whether he will pay on 15th. The account is probably hacked as he can't provide a signed message and the amount he scammed from Zazarb and this is lower than the account's value.

I don't understand why he removed signature. Neotex could have got some bitcoins, now nobody gets it and site got free advertisement.

IMHO the initial terms should be followed and we should wait till 15th to tell he is a loan scammer or not.

I agree.  One party cannot unilaterally change the terms of an agreement after it has been accepted by both parties.

Exactly, but he should give the account before receive the loan. However you can still provide its to a trusted escrow

and post from the one of the other two (you have said that you own other two Hero forum accounts).

It is possible that that account will get negative feedback. He may want to avoid it.

You can give your account as guarantee that you will pay on 15/05 & get your account back on 15

IMO , he can do that now without any problem, third party trusted escrow will hold that account and after he repay his account will restored,he can make a newbie account to post from if he don't feel safe sharing other 2 hero accounts

Man, think yourself, for just a small amount of money you're selling your soul.why you want to become and called a scammer when you have an easy choice to give their money back

I am not rony Sad I even don't know who Rony is.
I just sent those 0.25 to a person from whom I bought services. I don't know if he was rony. It seems he further sent those btc to someone called rony.

I think it is better for you to 'recount' or tell all the complete story, only in this way you can save your reputation. What service have you bought from him? What is the owner of this address 1D2qk68iuVVp46QMK2wwYYPz6u3GXzQ1qN ?

I bought a domain, a vps server and a hosting. I don't personally know the owner of that address.

WTF is this ?

It seems you will not repay Neotox and it is a shame...

He wants me to repay now but I cant repay before 15th.

Now I think I know why he returned the 0.035 BTC loan so fast. Probably used to gamble on dices, and won.

I am thinking the same, when I have lent him those .035 bitcoin he ha repaid me in ~1 hours. When he received the btc he sent these two transaction:

and received this one:
