Need 0.3 BTC quick loan. No collateral. []

Well since the OP has not responded to my question despite making several posts immediately after I inquired I would say that it is safe to say you should probably avoid this loan as well as this person likely is only trying to increase his post count for signature campaign purposes

I am not currently interested in increasing my post account. In fact, i have been less active lately in posts.

You also appear to be taking out a series of no collateral loans that are of very short term in nature. Do you happen to be using your loans to gamble?

None of the admins will do this IMHO. The account is essentially gone durring the loan. A trusted 3rd party holds it for the time and returns it once the loan is repaid.
