I gave him 70 domain names and we agreed about that as a collateral.
Even the loan was downed to 2.2625BTC and the domain names with near to expire were replaced to some by his choice, it was not good enough for him.

So, calling me a scammer and -trust(ing) me, well, I think it is not fair.

From what I read from this thread, the collateral should be at least 30% more than the loan volume and should be able to sold quickly to get the money back with little effort.

This deal seems like the borrower sells the domain to the creditor.

More than 3 weeks have passed and I haven't been able to get my money back from the collateral. OP hasn't even tried to contact me or helped me sell the domains in any way even though he's been online several times during that period. Therefore my negative feedback stays, I consider OP very untrustworthy.

If you cannot quickly sell the collateral for an amount that is equal to or greater then the amount of the loan (even if this is because you have not been able to invest a lot of time into the sale) then a negative rating would be appropriate, IMO.

I think it should be a good idea for the question of ownership of excess funds from the sale of collateral, and liability of any shortfall of liquidation value to be addressed in at least discussions between the lender and borrower (if not specified in the loan agreement), so both parties are on the same page when situations like this occur. This is especially the case with illiquid collateral and is especially the case with larger amounts of money.

A quick sell for more than the loan plus interest is not the case, without any doubts. Until now I've been able to sell only one domain through namecheap's marketplace and I've had no luck here (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/closed-64-domains-from-19-each-bulk-discounts-1189756).
TBH I haven't been able to spend too much time on that sale as I've been very busy but it's definitely not an easy task. I hope I will get at least my money back but I'm sure it won't be fast and it may never happen.

If I get my money back plus interests in less than 2 weeks from now I'll make my feedback neutral. OP can help me sell the domains if he's interested at all.

I am not sure if a negative rating is appropriate here. If EcuaMobi can sell off the domains at somewhat firesale/quicksale prices for an amount that repays principle + agreed upon interest + some amount for his time (that he spends selling the domains) + ~5% (for a late fee/penalty) then I don't think he can really say that he was really harmed, and I don't really think a negative rating is appropriate. An exception to this might be if EcuaMobi needed to give up and/or delay some work because he was spending time selling off the domains (this is a possibility because his Personal Text has said that he is not accepting new work for some time now - or it was saying that in the past).

If however he is not able to *quickly* sell off the domains for the above amount of money, then yes a negative rating is defiantly appropriate. This would even be the case if EcuaMobi needed to wait a medium amount of time to sell off the domains.

If EcuaMobi can quickly sell off the domains at prices described above, then maybe a neutral rating would be more appropriate to warn others about the lack of communication.

He agreed to repay the loan, the deal was to have my money back plus interests. That wasn't fulfilled despite my offer to extend the time. As a result I find OP is untrustworthy, which is reflected with the negative feedback.

I really don't know why he left the negative trust too. I don't see how he can consider me untrustworthy as I've been open to make a deal and still am. Unfortunately OP has been ignoring my PMs.

The loan has been defaulted. I've offered OP more time and new conditions to repay but he refused. I insisted and he just stop replying so I'm giving up.
I'm taking the collateral and I wouldn't recommend dealing with him.

Today we agreed to replace 8 expiring domain names with this one: btchost.org

And we agreed to -0.4BTC to loan for those 2 domains: primefaucet.com + btcbet.pw.
So the loan pay (final amount) will be reduced for 0.4BTC in total.

I pushed domains to EcuaMobi and waiting for him to confirm all this.

Deadline is 2015-08-25 for 0.35BTC and 2015-September-12 for 2.3625BTC, as stated in previous posts in topic.
