Wasting your time here. They are just going to mock you. Basically, get 18k in collateral that isn't your stupid website, then maybe come back.
Well I have nothing that is worth 18K in collateral and the website is the best option because I can slowly pay back in about 9 months
because the website generates $2,500-3000 a month

Then you should do yourself and everyone else here a favor and lock this thread before the negative rep tags start coming your way.  Asking for exorbitant loans without valid collateral is a sure-fire way to get them.

That is not going to work as valid collateral here.  You could simply gain access to the account/site on purchase, and immediately change any information that would allow the lender to receive their "collateral".  I would recommend locking this thread unless you can come up with valid collateral.  Here's a thread that will help you:  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6311902
I will not change the password or account info, the only time I'll change it is when the loan has been
repaid back in full to the lender. Now I will just have to make sure that the lender doesn't change anything and I can trust him.
Well now that we have your word, why the fuck not?  That's worth well over 120% of the requested amount.  Also your 2nd point is down right laughable, why on earth would anyone give you 15k then change the password from you?  They could go buy the bloody thing themselves.  You obviously have no knowledge of how business works and I doubt there would be anyone stupid enough to fork over that much money to someone who can't even present a business plan with their request for 15k.
you don't know Im new here so instead help me out its what I'm here for

Read all of them and after educating your self ask again.

You can lock this topic at the lower left of this page. thank you!

You don't understand how it works.
'Collateral' is an asset signed over to the lender until the loan is repaid. If you borrow the full purchase price, you have no "skin in the game", nothing to lose. All risk is his.
If a v/c lender believed that this website could roi in five months with little effort, why would he need you in the way?

As has been said, you're not going to get any money here, just red ink.
