Hey Austin, PM me when you can.  I live near Pittsburgh and I know a few people who would drive the ~150 miles to this motherfuckers' house and exact a little payback just on principle.  PM me a private email address and I'll get you in touch with them and they can hear your story.

What this asswipe does is just wrong and he enjoys playing people with all his whiny excuses.  He's broke?  He has nothing?  He's a loser in every way imaginable?  Not a problem, we'll get his ass fixed real quick and make an example out of him.

But if he decides to do the smart thing and pay you back in full, let me know right away.

I can use my disability money on anything I want. There is no laws or rules against that.
There are laws that prohibit its use for certain things, eg. gambling. It has been discussed here.

Unfortunately there aren't laws like that. However, if drugs/alcohol contribute to the disability then the checks will stop coming. In addition, you must be receiving treatment to keep getting money (unless you have a good excuse).
We don't do drugs or drink. Me and my mom both have bipolar and bad backs. No treatment.

Bad backs? What is the actual condition that can't be treated?
Not been diagnosed with anything. But we have been with bipolar.

You are wrong...There is no laws. You can't use food stamp card for alcohol, etc. And card can't be used in certain places. But disability money is mine. My mother worked 42 years for it.
You say disability money is yours however your mom worked for it. Would that not make it her money and not yours? So really your borrowing from her being 30+ years old and defaulting on those loans too.
I am an adult disabled child under my mom. Meaning I was disabled before age 22.

He might, but I'll leave it up to the collector to take appropriate actions.

No offense, but you sound like the typical internet tough guy. "Appropriate actions" means what? Beat him up and then get sent to prison? Or more realistically, he shuts the door, and then you go to prison for trying to rough him up.

If you really care, take him to court, which is the responsible and legal thing to do.

If a visit actually is planned I'd be willing to attend as camera crew. I live rather near the area myself. Has player3 healed? Is austin still with us here?
I don't believe player3 will be visiting Joey, but I'm looking for someone to send in. It's surprisingly difficult to find good help in Cleveland. If anyone here wants to give it a shot, I'll give you a nice tip if you can successfully collect his debt.

How do you plan on collecting his debt?
At the moment, I'm thinking he can either continue to have his information public and be at the mercy of others or have someone visit him personally. If someone went there, I don't know if he'd be much of a problem or not. He seems like he would be scared of any actual confrontation.

And then what? He transfers the BTC right in front of you? More than likely he'll just call the cops on whomever goes there.

Some dude needs 0.4 BTC and there are 19 pages on this thread  Cheesy
I'm bumping it in the hopes of making it 119 pages.
You don't understand... the likes of Joey could bring the end of internet poker.

Wow, I would probably read the Cliff notes, but not sorting through this whole thing about a loan.
