How do you know they didn't? Just checked and I don't see any results.
Because if they could find the picture online then you can find it online as well, especially if you're literally searching via the image (TinEye)
I must be missing something here. Since the image is hosted on imgur and i'm searching via that link, it's not going to show up anywhere unless someone isn't using that same imgur link to display the image.
