Its either people dont read before posting based on the rank and what is obtainable here or maybe they believe that someone can make their wish come true. Because I can't still phantom if one can read you wouldn't bother making a thread for this for whatever reason and also because the account is likely to be worthless to you. I would appreciate if a newbie account will be restricted to post in some sections of the forum I believe this will reduce all this newbies opening account for the purpose of asking for loans.
Maybe even better would be to lock this possibility to open new topics, for newbies, especially in these sensitive topics about loans. Majority of them are few persistent scammers.
Rest of "good " newbies should use only escrow for their and oure protection..
and they can place their demands in such topics..
