Kindly apply your application there rather than unnecessary creating the thread and asking for the loan which actually make no sense since it is one time and not always that you would require loan.

You can find an ignore list under your profile that you can add them to.

It's generally fine if you think that he should pay back then he should, though I've had people default on the loans that I've given out after doing tests on their accounts to check that it is good to loan to them.
You now have to hope that he does pay back, otherwise you'll have to try to sellthat account on this forum and may lose money because of it!
