I have worked with Jayce before I reckon and I've contacted him. Thanks for your suggestions. I'm still open to hire other designers as the idea may not fit every designer's style.
I think, contest is a good ways.. 
No, it just wastes too much time and only helps if the client doesn't know what he's looking for. I know what I want just need someone who can convert my ideas into an art.

Not always. Sometimes clients have to share his/her opinion and advise and idea through live chat. So I think on this case contest isn't best idea.
