Using your own logic and combining it with everything you've disclosed here, your account is going to be tagged even if your unbanned (not likely), so its not worth arguing. Stop buying accounts and you won't have to deal with these issues.

Id like to weigh in and ask a question here. I know the now owner of the jak1 account. A few months back the user added me on skype. He found my skype id on my profile. I didnt know he owned the account when i made my 1st post in this thread, nor any circumstances.

Anyways when this thread was made he asked me what he should do? Says he bought the account on may 24th or so. I dont know how many accounts the user has but in the few months ive known him he seems like a nice enough guy and doesnt come off as a scammer.

My advice was to pm hilariousandco and explain he had bought the account. Ive read replies from users saying when you buy an account you buy the trash that comes along with and similar statements.

Now my question is since this alt account he purchased was banned, is his main account also banned? Since he bought the account after the copy n paste posts were made and that looks to be the reason the account was banned, should he lose forum priveledges? Is it ban evasion if he proves the account was bought?

Curious to see what users think on this situation.

Since you got offended with OP'S post about you being ALT of the scammer,now I feel the same.Had you been really not involved in the entire matter,you'd just ask for proofs or leave it .But you retaliated the matter makes you look more suspicious.Anyhow OP was unable to provide all the blockchain evidences ,let me see what I can do.

Sounds like BS to me, especially since the only connection I've found is not included in the list.
Care to share how you come to make those asumptions? Around here, we prefer blockchain evidence over the words of random guys.

If you genuinely believe that you couldn't have possibly done any other research towards the posts on the account, you are either very lazy or very silly. If it's possible for someone to find the account to be spamming (whilst gaining no real reward for themselves), then I am 100% sure (and would have thought) that you would have done the same - especially so considering you were dropping $40+ into it.

You're expecting the staff to forgive you for:

• Doing something that is not endorsed by the forum,

and then

• Being ignorant/lazy whilst doing this causing you to buy a spammer's account.

I don't think - and hope - that no member of the staff wouldn't even think of allowing your account to be unbanned.

Because you're the owner of the account. You paid money in order to have access to a spammer's account to then post solely for the intention of earning money. This isn't the same situation as if the account was hacked, as that is not willing by the account owner. You buying the account means that you accept everything associated with the account - the account's post count, activity level, rank (which are all things useful to you) and any problems that may come along with the account.
If you don't agree with this, perhaps you should have 'thought once' before wasting your money buying a shit account.

Buying an account isn't against the rules, no. Whether it is bad or not is subjective (and depends on who you ask).

Overall, you bought a shit account and got the consequences for doing so. Stop crying like a child because you were too lazy to do proper research, and accept said consequences.

Why would hilariousandco tell you who reported the account so you could possibly harass them for doing so? Regardless, I believe that hilariousandco found the account to be spamming himself buy using a bot in a popular spam thread.

Hi i was reading this thread and shocked to see OP mentioned my Profile and accused me that i hold all these accounts . I will like to inform all and JAK1 that i never had JAK1 and i am not related to any of these accounts.

OP never bought any account from me and i am not much online on this forum. I have no Alts either.

I will do some research and will come up will the real ALTs of JAK1.

It wont take me much to do such research.

In my next Post i will tell you real ALTS of JAK1.

Edit: OP mentioned first that it was his mistake that he read the text and tried to  put it in his words (but managed to copy paste instead) and then later says he bought it on 25 APR.


In the first Post he says that this jak1 is mine and i never sold or buy it and now seeing his account premant Ban he is trying to put false statements and trying to confuse the Mods.

OP seems to be confused and trying to do all foolish things.


I again confirm that JAK1 is not mine from any time and it is not sold.

what proper research should I done? there is no way to check every single post and verify that if this is copy pasted or not.
I just checked the posts and I found everyposts good and about the topic. this is all research I can do.

Only one person can know about this and this is the previous owner of the account. I am sure the "Btcltccoin" reported this after 1 month. I don't know what benefit she get by doing this.

I want to ask one Question to KWH, Lutpin and every DT users.
Everytime when a sold account will be revealed you guys left Neutural Feedback(even some time negative also) to inform people that this is a sold account, so treat it as a newbie and don't fall on trust on ranking..
then why your behavior completely changes when the situation is about the posts? when the trust and forum rank don't apply to a sold account then the Posts and Posting quality of the account also shouldn't be applied after buying that.
my request is don't ban my account because of the posts which wrote by someone else.

It's a fault of yours for buying a trash account, though.

The forum discourages account sales, therefore no one (at least, no one in authority) has much - if any - sympathy for you in this situation. It is your fault for not doing proper research on the account that you bought before completing the transaction for it, and now you're paying the price for it. Congratulations for wasting your money.

You are the current owner of the account, therefore you're automatically involved in it.

I am sure an admin can look into the IP address range and browser fingerprints to check the likely-hood of your account being sold, but it is not looking good for you.

Why don't you explain how exactly you were introduced to the person that you bought the account from on google hangouts? Why exactly did (or would he) block you after  the transaction? I would think he would want to keep lines of communication open in case you wanted to bring repeat business.

You bought a faulty product, go ask for a refund. Or stop selling/buying accounts once and for all. Your call.

Alright. Since the situation getting very worst here, I want to Disclose Publicly that I've bought Jak1 account 25th may.
I had no control of this account before 24th may.

I've paid 0.1 BTC for this account. my attention wasn't to spam and scam here. this account was enrolled in [banned mixer] signature campaign. I thought it would be a good investment and I'll get ROI in just 3 weeks. that's why I bought this account.
I just bought this account to earn some bucks via signature campaign. my attention wasn't to scam or do anything else.

The seller of the account don't give me any sign message for the account selling deal but he give me the whole btc address with private key. that's why I don't bother him to sign message.

the deal was done in Google+ Hangout service. and the seller band me from there after my payment - it was weird for me but I just took it an usual thing and don't think about that.
but now I've realized that, the seller give me an account which was involved in spamming on the forum.
You can see the posts after 24th may. you'll realize the writing style is completely changed..

I don't think I should get punished for something which is not my fault or not I've involved in.

Edit: I thought the seller giving me the btc addresses with private keys so I don't need to stake new address and sign new message, I thought that doing this can make my account shady and get negative feedback for buying account.
