I want to start own small business, but I have only 3,000$, what kind of small business-idea can you suggest for me?

You need to consider a lot of things sir. First what kind of business are you interested in? where you know you can enjoy doing. Second, what business you think are the people you belong are most interested with, where you think you can cater them. Next, consider your location, are you near a school or offices, market , church or park? Then you can also conduct a survey and observe your community. It is different thing if you invest in online businesses, that you need some research.

Most entrepreneurs are problem-solvers, that is the solve the problem of others and making money or profits from that. I would suggest you find a persistent problem around your community and see how you can start solving the problem. It could be an inefficient delivery service you can solve that. For example people hate it when they order food at it gets delivered and its all messed up, they lose their appetite for the anticipated meal, in their head, value has been lost. If you can guarantee excellent delivery services, people would pay for that. Just and example of a small business-solution idea from my side of things. But most importantly, if you would go into business be it something you care or are passionate about, so when the going gets tough, you would still be at it, and also when you are passionate about it, you are keen to learn more and research about it, and you will be a master of it. With that you can even add "consultancy" as an added package to your business.
If you want to start a new business, then you should first study everything theoretically. The threats, weaknesses, strengths, opportunities. And that includes studying the people who live in your area whether or not they will be interested in your business. Yet, I do not think that 3k$ will make you start anything unless you are planning to start an online business. Why not go to the third world countries and open a small drugstore.

Hi, maybe start with designing these ideas. Draw them as drawings in the head, dreaming about them, and then on paper or computer. It maybe something as a blog about predictions in fashion trends through going 100 years and post advertising there, and further paid sponsors news. Think of a project that is interesting to you first, the next step is how to make it profitable. People will love everything that is done with a pure heart, when this is done with love.

However, I you suggested to go with trading or lending. Trading at least able to take the Return of the investment with in some months once the cryptos you invested bump back but lending service very much risky. Some person will not return at all.
Yah I too feel it. If really he wishes to invest and earn he could have replied by now. I even felt that these kinds of threads may lead to spam posts. I do not know exactly the situation in East Europe, but just for reference in my country here as part of south east asia, with your capital amount can be carried out street food and beverage business. But you need to make high taste, the profit can be double and fast bep.

3000 bucks could buy you a decent car in acceptable condition. If you have a driving license you could go and start driving for uber.

Well, this budget (3000 $) is an acceptable amount for a business, and first you need to research for a good project, but it is essential to be in your field (your knowledge). Furthermore, If you want a business in cyptocurrencie and you have a knowledge in it , in order to make a lot of money from it, then I advise you to trade in digital currencies. but you must learn first the basics of this field (like, analyze the market, expectations, the news of currencies...)

No need for inventory, build shop using Woo & some dropship plugins and you are ready to go. Use Insta & FB for niche advertising and monitor & scale up your campaigns. No big risk at all.
