For those of you who are unaware and posting here without prior knowledge, Nebeus had run a tokesale previously run a bounty campaign on this forum which was managed by Sylon.

ANN thread exists here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2237115.280

Bounty thread exists here - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bounty-ico-nebeus-open-eco-system-for-fin-tech-products-services-2238140

Just when I saw this username in this section of the forum I was reminded that I had also participated in their bounty, and I never got paid. I am sure the rest of the bounty hunters were also not paid as is evident from the last posts in the ANN.

OP after this post you can lock this thread. Any further discussion is inappropriate.
Failed ICO, failed bounty. Now you plan to reactivate your business. What can be better at this time?

Just using this forum you should be able to get a good userbase going provided your product is of good quality.

Other than that..
  • CPM via banners
  • CPC via Google, Bing etc.. Target LSI's for cheap conversions
  • Contact CPA networks try to get an "offer" made up

I doubt that bitcointalk would be your best choice in marketing considering what happened before on your bounty campaign.

Do you reckon this is a problem with Nebeus, or a problem with Sylon?
I've participated in some bounties managed by Sylon, and as far as I know he is not the one who holds the tokens nor who sends it to the participants. However, I believe he is somehow responsible in making sure that the participants will be paid. It's really disappointing.

I've read that nebeus signature campaign participants were paid by the team, without informing/approval of Sylon,  check here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.29540294

Sylon said other participants will be paid, but it seemed not, @TheUltraElite has not been paid and other participants based on their replies in the ANN thread.

Great post mate. But..

Do you reckon this is a problem with Nebeus, or a problem with Sylon? There are 2 ways to see there, where Nebesus, where done wrong/, got scammed or failed their first project and want to come back and offer their services back to the community, or this could be seen as them just trying to scam more people (like the bounty thread).

Could they have possibly failed their ICO, and therefore the bounty wasn't paid out?

Great catch though mate - it is quite suspicious that they would come back after a couple months with this random post (possibly their project got sold to someone??)

Hello!
We in Nebeus, have launched a new service. Users can withdraw funds directly to a bank card, worldwide. The service is absolutely unique in terms of payment speed. From a few minutes to 3 days worldwide.  Users who use the service absolutely satisfied.
Maybe someone has recommendations for promotion.

You need an official announcement for your project, not like this, you might want to check all the other project announcement with their professional design, if you want people to treat your project professional you should create it with a great design, not like this, people might think you are a fly by night service.
If you have enough funds you can do bounty campaign to grow your social media channel.

Oh damn, so another shitcoin that wants to do another round to scam people?

You should make a flag or request DT to tag him then to warn others about their behavior.

They never post anything about it since last year, and now suddenly get active again asking about marketing tips. Nice try.

Signature campaigns can definitely work, but they need to be well-paid enough to recruit the highest value members. If I recall, Legendary members produce the best ROI in terms of clickthroughs per $ spent, probably because of the number of posts and the visibilty of their signature space. But you might be able to recruit a lot of lower class members for less to match this, not entirely sure.

It also takes a few weeks for the signature campaign to pick up enough momentum to translate really build up proper viewership here on the forum, so ideally a long term signature campaign should work best for you.

Good luck with your project, Nebeus!

Why are you posting on a forum when your product is in stealth mode, asking for marketing advice off other bitcointalk members. This feels like a job for a growth hacker, or marketing manager. When your product is close to being finished, you should have a detailed document showcasing what areas you should target and where you need to focus your marketing budget on.

Thank you for the clear answer.  About Bitcointalk, very interesting. We underestimated this site.
If your site is crypto related then (Your site in fact has crypto exchange facility) You have made a big mistake so far. I have seen few hundreds or businesses if not thousands to become top in their niche by advertising in this forum.

People still straggle to find a site to buy Bitcoin and to withdraw bitcoin and most of these people seek help in this forum. This is the only forum that has most population in crypto niche.

If you have a marketing team then ask them to do some research about this forum. May be you will find it interesting and then feel the urge to advertise in here.
It depends really. Some project doesn't require a large amount of marketing, and some do. But looking at some projects like mixers, who probably only target whales and investors, a forum is a great way to get attention/customers.

But projects that target a wider market (exchanges, or sell/buy BTC services) - you need to target the entire crypto market, which means spending money on press releases, influencers, ads, etc.

Don't you have a marketing manager or growth hacker? They should be the one who's responsible for that.

Depending on your budget and how many users you currently have, I guess there are several options:
1. Signature campaign or ad banner spot in Bitcointalk. (if you have a lot of users from Bitcointalk, or plan to get more users that are actively using this forum).
2. Paid to promote via Telegram channel. ICOdrops, Cryptodiffer, Top7ICO, etc. They should be able to do this. Keep in mind that the conversion ratio is unknown, so you should limit your budget.
3. Buy ad banner in CMC, Etherscan, or any major block explorer.
4. Referral campaign from your users.
5. Advertise via PR to Coindesk, Cointelegraph, etc.
6. Get more partners that are already famous and ask them to promote you.

If you don't have enough funds, ask for funds from potential investors or VC.
