Why has not the payment table been opened so far? It's a bit annoying. It seems that people are paid out selectively. Do not you think so? Please clarify the situation.

NEBEUS team distributed signature campaign tokens without my approbation. They decided to follow one participant (that popped out of nowhere) advices, eyes closed. Thus, I am not responsible for signature campaign tokens distribution.
