What i would like to add that only the Xapo and bit-x allows you to spend directly your bitcoins in ATM or when you purchase something.

I can recommend a BIT-X debit card, using it for few month without any problems. You do not have to preload it, entire balance is spendable and there is no monthly fee for the first 10.000 users.

I will also recommend e-coin they are quite new but already being famous. I also have account there but yet to get my physical card in my hand. They also have virtual card option.
You can only get Bitcoin Debit Card. There are different limits for each of the debit cards, depending on your amount of verification.

I have been using ADVcash and it works good. Have been using the EUR card and had some issues, but the customer support always solved my issues.
If you are looking for an EUR debit card ADVcash could be a good option.
I would recommend Bit-x and xapo debit cards. And i'm using Bit-x debit card, never seen any problems other than their fees. I don't know/never used any other BTC debit cards.
