Because he knows its a ponzi on the verge of collapse. If he thought anything else, he would be doubling down and buying more.

I don't think you can sell back to them, I asked and they said I can sell it to anyone I want and ask them to transfer the GHS to the corresponding username.
So far so good for the payouts and mining earnings with a decreasing difficulty.

You receive the BTC then you ask cloudminr nicely to transfer the GHS to the buyer cloudminr account and they do it. Voila!
If escrow, I guess you send to the escrow then I ask cloudminr (nicely) to transfer the GHS.
