Digital Ocean is grossly overpriced for what you get. Digital Ocean charges $5 a month for a plan, when you can get a similar plan on other sites for $10 a year.My suggestion to the OP would be to stay away from Digital Ocean if he's looking for a cheap VPS. I got a free VPS worth 15$/year with 128 RAM, 16GB storage and could be configured as any Linux OS. My friend provides the service so he allows my use of the VPS in any form.
