what happens if the buyer wants to return the item or
they file a chargeback. When paypal tracks it to show
proof of delivery wont they wonder why its being shipped
from a random country and not from your region? just worried

I'd like to know the risk to my account as well. I give excellent customer service (I don't sell a lot but my account is 11 years old and has >800 positive feedbacks and is 100% positive) and I wouldn't even consider risking my reputation by selling lousy products. You say your stuff is going to be from Alibaba--is it Chinese fake stuff or low-quality stuff?
there no risk you post items like Raspberry Pi 2 you get ,i will send the item split the profit nothing illegal here .
+ dont post any thing you dont like, + dont give the profit until the buyer give you feedback.
