Do you mind describing more regarding on what you're trying to do with gcash? So that it will be answered if someone had an experience already with the one you want to try.

I am not in PH and need in some account Gcash to test something. Can someone help please ?

It is written in the title, "Need gcash", it doesn't say 'Need gcash account". Also it says I pay btc in your coins.ph wallet + extra, that means I add some extra for the amount you give me. Example: you give me 300 pesos, I will send you 450.
If it works, I will do this regularly.
