What will I do when I reach Junior member? Will anyone give me advice or guide me what to do and what not to do?
The higher your rank, the higher your chance to join the great project in here, such as bounty, campaign, or good airdrop. So what will you do is up to you. What makes you want to reach jr. member ? is it to join greater bounty, good campaign or the join the other good project. So it's all back to you again, to your motivation what makes you want reach jr. member.

When you reach the junior member, try to find a campaign which accept junior member with a good project and which don’t ask you a lot of effort like 7 posts by week (unless you're a big talker).
The activity number is :
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min (time * 14, posts).
So, if you post one by day => you can get the maximum number of activity points.
It doesn’t mean that you must spam.
If you post more than one by day, the number of your activity will not increase.

Exact same thing as u can do now. Help others, learn about bitcoin, study it, love it, care about it.Just enjoy beign here, not everything is related to money.

you can join airdrops, signature campaigns and bounties and get paid based on your rank. depending on what you join in you will be required a certain number of constructive post per week.

Once you reached Jr Member rank you can join to signature campaigns, where you can be paid your for posting reply in the thread. So while you're in newbie rank, try to make your post constructive and not spam like post.
How about trying to participate in Bounty Campaigns? Find some suitable ones for your rank. Basic rules of the Forum stills applies like no spamming, no plagiarism, and etc...
Dont get mad on what you will read. I think your one of those people who wants to earn you learn as well. Why? because as yiu learn you can earn big here very much as possible. Try to read tge rules ther are many rules not just this guys post about the rules. Follow and read rules so your time will not go waate you might get banned.
Why are you asking us what to do after you reach a certain rank? Maybe specify first what your intentions are here in bitcointalk?
If you're planning to join a signature campaign then forget about it. Most of your posts are in the Off-topic and Meta forums. You need a good amount of knowledge to be accepted in campaigns.
