He looks like a spammer to me. Lot's of images few word posts and smilies and +1s and thats just on the first page, though he was probably banned for the Limecoin spam whatever it is.
Maybe he violated this rule if he post on the giveaway thread. Perma banned obviously means permanent. So there nothing can be done about it. Just move on.

I'm sure if he got banned there was a good reason for it. When did you email theymos? It takes a while for him to respond, if he responds at all that is.

its a permanent ban, right?! is it possible for him to get unbanned? he got no reply after mailing the admin...
here look at his posting history, he is not a spammer or something like this !
