@TryNinja, @pawel7777 - Appreciate the info and links. Looks like whatever BTC went through was finally processed. A second transaction is still pending though, presumably since the full amount never made it.

The only thing you can do is to wait for changelly to sort it out. Keep writing support if they don't answer within reasonable time.

They have their own thread on this forum:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/changellycom-instant-exchange-visamastercard-accepted-1435275

But their trust feedback is bit concerning:

+ Their latest post:

Dear Customers, due to the demand that increased 4 times for the last weeks, our support team is clogged. Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains are always overloaded, exchange partners stuck the orders under the extremely high load, etc.. We are working to expand our team, but hiring and educational processes take time. We pledge to reply to your queries in 72h on avg. We highly appreciate your patience and value your time! We suggest you not to duplicate tickets and provide hashes and TX id's in a plain text. We are able to answer at [email protected] only, as we are checking social networks occasionally. Thank you for the trust and hope for your patience!

Next time send your Bitcoins to your GDAX account (Coinbase > GDAX it's free), since GDAX pays your withdrawal fees. Or just buy directly from GDAX (no fees at all).

About Changelly, I can't find anywhere where they state what happens if you send less than the minimum amount. That's all I found: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ripple/comments/778hlc/question_about_changelly_when_you_send_less_than/dok01hz/

Context: I bought some BTC earlier today through Coinbase. My intention was to exchange it into Ripple.

Problem: I setup an exchange with changelly, which provided their address. I then went into Coinbase to send the BTC. However, the amount of BTC sent from my Coinbase account is a bit less than the amount I told Changelly due to a transaction fee. So despite the money transfer executing to the Changelly address, the Changelly transaction seems stalled waiting for the extra BTC.

Questions:
1. Is there a way to resolve this?
2. Or am I worried over nothing and is Changelly smart enough to see a transfer occurred, even if a little less than planned, and proceed with the exchange?

I tried contacting Changelly support but got some generic message about XRP issues.

Thanks!
