I think users without any trust or newbie status should not be able to request loans, even when I see "need 0.001 bitcoin loan" I already smell a defaulter.

Did you not read the two posts before this question? They both linked to posts that tell you what is valid collateral.
Technically they didn't.
They don't explicitly state what VALID colateral is and the first of the two just tells them that ID is not valid colateral.

See no one can do anything if you default with your passport and other ID's , basically ID just proves that you are right person asking here, but what guarantees that you will repay ? And no one is going to other country and file a case for 0.01 btc.

Valid colateral is ALMOST anything of value, thic can include, posessions, currency, digital goods (games)... ETC.
