Seems like a farmed account. Beware guys! For those who are willinh to give this guy a loan, the account was farmed for activity, you can see it in his post quality and his accounts post qyality is really low so I doubt this will be accepted in any good campaign in here. I doubt this will also be sold for a decent price. Seems like this guy is only trying to sell his account thus with a plan to default the loan. Just my opinion guys. Think twice before lending him.
