Sorry, I can't give you a loan based on a collateral that isn't yours. The borrower actually paid, the problem is that he did not put the correct fees that is why it is still stuck in the block chain for already 18hrs since he paid.

He isn't asking fo his funds back, as the borrower has already paid. As of now, I don't think he can get the collateral, and again, because the borrower has already paid.

Its me who has the rights mate.you can suggest me but not order me or force me, anyways I will leave a +ve feedback and remove bad points about you once you release him the account ( upon confirmation in network for the repayment transaction )

Wow. I think I did every diligence an escrow needs to do here and I did not break any rules or laws in this deal. I act as escrow and it is my job to keep everybody happy. If you can point out what I did wrong, I would appreciate it. But I believe I did what I need to do. Part of being an escrow is to investigate if the is a problem with the deal, escrows need to be neutral. I have been neutral with you both.

After 1 confirmation I will release his account.
