The only thing left to do is to sign the raw transaction he has prepared for you, and broadcast it to the network.
achow101 even told you that he's willing to broadcast the transaction for you if you post it on the forum.... Don't know what more anybody can do to help you...

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tx-not-confirmed-long-time-1781214.msg17784955#msg17784955* The simplest way to verify if everything is correct would be to look up all the transactions in the "vin"-section, look at the "vout" of each "txid". vout 0 of txid abc means the 0-th (1st) output of transaction abc.
Summarise all the outputs, write the sum down
Then look at the "vout" section of the json, look at how much output will be sent to each address, summarise all these numbers and substract it from the sum calculated in the previous step. The difference between the two numbers is the fee.
