Why are people so cheap on fees? 5 satoshi per byte? You could spend $0.10 and now have to deal with delayed transaction. I don't understand  Huh Huh Huh Huh

0xfff, I think it's because people posting in this forum is mostly from the third world countries and such (Africa, Malaysia, etc). Since the work there is pretty much low paying the money is pretty important to them so they try to keep the most that they can.

Some people just use the low fee because they don't really know the technical side of the transaction fee, so they put whatever they want.

$0.10 is good, I don't see why people pay $0.37 to send a transaction. The only reason to spend that much would be if they needed to purchase something within 4 minutes.

Good thinking. Few cents of a dollar would mean a lot to people in poor countries. If the block size ever increases fees would go down and it would help out these guys.

I saw a transaction with 37k satoshi as tx fee and yet it is still unconfirmed after several hours.  I thought you said $0.10 usd is good and yet this transaction have not made it thru.  Not a single confirmation after 5 hours lol.

Transaction priority is satoshi/kb. Miners can only fit so many kb in each block. A massive transaction could have a $.37 fee and be under 5 satoshi/kb and never be confirmed.

How you create this raw transaction?
Please explain.

I trying before use online service.. Have error, because input has been spent
I wrote a tool a while back that takes a raw transaction and will modify it to boost the fee: https://github.com/achow101/feebooster. This tool has a few bugs and nuances that make it so I don't recommend people to use it, although you can if you know how raw transactions work. I just ran your transaction through my tool to create the raw unsigned transaction.

Below is the unsigned transaction. It pays a fee of 318880 satoshis which I deducted from the second output of your original transaction (0.01000001 BTC being sent to 129Q8uADs9BpwDnFDJZnHYYuaxuu3NiKZh is now 0.00691121 BTC sent to that address). If you want the fee to be deducted from the other output, please let me know. Otherwise, the below hex string is your raw transaction.
Code:

The old transaction is considered a double spend so it will never be able to confirm. That transaction should already have been rejected by virtually all nodes, it only shows in block explorers because they show those transactions for information purposes.

I haven't done Bitcoin mining myself. So I'm new to it.

I was wondering, can he not do mining for some time at a lower fee requirement?
That's not how this works. The mining difficulty is way too high for anyone with their computer to just mine Bitcoin. Mining would not help unless he was able to find a block within a reasonable amount of time, and that requires a massive investment into tens of thousands of dollars of equipment.

Thanks man!!!

OK. but i understand.. why can't use bitcoin-cli sendrawtransaction "signedhex" after?
I already explained that to you, but here it is again because apparently you can't seem to be bothered to scroll up and read.

Any double spend transaction that you make will not be able to be broadcast through your node. That is because the transaction you are trying to double spend is in your node's mempool and in the wallet, so it will reject the double spend as invalid. [Your node considers the transaction a double spend (because technically it is) so it will reject it and refuse to broadcast it.]

Ok. Thanks for help!
I will post about throgh 7 hours.. Can't make it now

Why i can't sign transaction by myself? i afraid lose my money..
You are signing the transaction yourself. The command I gave you is to sign the transaction. You won't lose any money, and if you are concerned that you will, you can check the that the transaction is correct by running
Code:
bitcoin-cli decoderawtransaction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
This will give you all of the details about the transaction and you can check that they are all the same as the original except one output (the second output, index 1) has a significantly less amount to pay for the transaction fee.

I have already explained why you cannot broadcast the transaction yourself. Please actually read my posts.

OK. but i understand.. why can't use bitcoin-cli sendrawtransaction "signedhex" after?

OK.
What need make after this command?

Thanks!
After you run that command, you will get a bunch of output on the terminal. Post all of that here. That is the raw hex for the signed transaction. I will broadcast it using my own software. You probably won't see the transaction in your wallet though until it confirms. You should be able to see it on most block explorers.

Any double spend transaction that you make will not be able to be broadcast through your node. That is because the transaction you are trying to double spend is in your node's mempool and in the wallet, so it will reject the double spend as invalid.

I can make you an unsigned double spend transaction which you can sign and then give back to me which I can then broadcast to the network for you.

Edit:
Below is the unsigned transaction. It pays a fee of 318880 satoshis which I deducted from the second output of your original transaction (0.01000001 BTC being sent to 129Q8uADs9BpwDnFDJZnHYYuaxuu3NiKZh is now 0.00691121 BTC sent to that address). If you want the fee to be deducted from the other output, please let me know. Otherwise, the below hex string is your raw transaction.
Code:
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

Once you have done that, please post the entire output of that command here and I will broadcast the transaction for you.

OK.
What need make after this command?

Thanks!
