Ozcoin is by far the best.
Personally I use GPUMax and use Ozcoin as backup but they are about the same payment wise, so it works out whenever GPUMax doesn't have public work available.

I like to use MtRed as my backup. Merged BTC and NMC and 0% Fee PPS. 
P2Pool? No fees and you keep the transaction fees. 
and 90% PPS. Don't forget that critical fact. Love the concept of p2pool, don't love the lower rewards.

I like Ozcoin, BitMinter and EMC. Eligius has no fees too. Isch eifach chli e fanatiker

I like mmpool, 2.5% fee's but the extra altcoins make up for it and then some
