What credit card verification do they ask for? I have my own virtual bitcoin debit card so will it work?

i need 1 full verification account of a site. the step is
1. i will give you the link of the sites
2. you register the sites with full verification ( must have cc valid for verification)
3. you buy some service what i want.
4. give the acount to me + gmail account
5. i change all password
6. i give you the $10 worthed in bitcoin.
