so 10k x 30 sign ups = BTC0.003

So to avoid transaction fees, I will make only one transaction to all 30 participants at the end.

So you are offering 10k satoshi or 0.003 BTC? Because that is a difference.
Just so you know 10k satoshi is less that standard transaction fee for bitcoin.
Can you post name of this cloud mining? I want to check out if that is a scam mining or not.

Its not low reward if compare to faucet earnings.
It takes less time to sign up than to claim from faucet.
