It could be a more low budget option, although it may be a gamble (not enough good designs could compete) and it would be nice to also give some reward to the first few places too, not only the winner.

You should post this on service sections, as most of "job hunters" are there. Maybe try to add your budget too in order to make your offer look more attractive, just my 2 cents.
