if you want your business to grow change your domain name to a .com domain, .xyz looks cheap and unprofessional.
for the signature space you should provide more information:
- how many people are you hiring
- how many posts per week you want
- which boards you don't count for post
- place some funds ($5 * number of users * number of weeks) in a trusted Escrow
