Although, I actually thought I already had an account, and when I figured I just forgot my password, I came to find that it wasn't Bitcointalk that I had an account to, but Bitcoinforum. Haha whoops, they look just alike, guess next time I better pay attention better right.
And that is now the worst excuse I've ever seen. BitcoinForum looks nothing like BitcoinTalk, site-wise AND url-wise.

@OP, I think that you should just try to sell the card in the currency exchange section, you'll have more luck finding a buyer there.
Think what you want, but I am not someone who has ever or is ever out to scam and cheat people. Just someone looking for some easy money real quick. I aint greedy like most all the rest of this world.

You need to be able to add funds to your Paypal which means having your SSN attached or Tax ID.
