If you are looking for an android vpn then I know the name of an application which does its work well. If you need it multiple ip(s), do let me know.
If you have an android vpn which is good, post it in here cos this is a voluntary thread and it will be nice to put a smile someone else face Smiley
Now a days almost all VPN providers also support android devices and providing a detailed guidelines on how to set up in our mobile phones. Yet, I am not aware of any free VPN services for android devices, if any free VPN services for android devices available, please share here.
Ok and cyberghost5 can be use for free but I don't know if it can be setup on an android phone. Can you figure that out?

Need one with either changing US ip or tons of different US locations. Let me know who has one and your offer, along with the service name.
Use CyberGhost.Comes with free and paid versions. If you're not looking for country specific Ip,the free one should be enough for your basic needs. One disadvantge : Ip routing through different countries is not automated hence you have to disconnect it,select the country and connect it again.
I use CyberGhost myself, and as far as I know you can't choose specific servers on the free version. Countries yes, servers no. Smiley

Almost VPN are free to use, some of them offers a free trial. You can use the free service of a particular VPN but it is only limited like HotSpot Shield, United States is the only server available. You need to purchase an elite account for you to be able to unlock the other country servers.

Yes, Joel_Jantsen was right cos cyberghost is one of the best vpn in town and they have free trial and premium version. But don't just download cyber ghost, download cyberghost 5 and you're going to love it I can assure you Smiley

I tried this. Like it a lot.
Yes! I knew it. It something I have used for so many time and it so cool. If you like you could update to the premuim version in other to unleash some other features of the vpn.

HydeMyAss is not a "privacy-focused" vpn , they have a history of turning users to authorities.

sauce: https://www.hacker10.com/internet-anonymity/man-using-hidemyass-vpn-to-harass-ex-girlfriend-arrested/

If you are using a VPN to commit illegal acts and evade the authorities you shod reconsider using a VPN. There is technology out there that makes you anonymous for free and relies on no central party to protect your identity.

What technology is that?

I'm not necessary doing illegal things except making a bunch of accounts.

Tor
I2P

Any of the anonymous peer to peer networks.

Are you talking about TOR? There's no 100% safe protection, you are anonymous as long as there's not enough resources dedicated to finding you. With a bounty large enough you can track down anyone.

Every time the FBI arrests some pedo or drug dealer it is because they were using some misconfigured faulty software or they exposed their own identity by linking to their real life some how. All the big data analytics from measuring traffic and all that is just to narrow down the search.

cyberghost has free for user and its have many IP from many country but it would be better if you can buy for the paid version because you can unlock all countries with their VPN. beside cyberghost, maybe you can consider to try zenmate but for free version, its only have 4 country.

use hotspotshield
I don't think hotspotshield has more number of US IP addresses. When I checked last time I got only UK based IP addresses and European addresses.

Here are some links that may solve your requirements. (not affiliate links. Choose and subscribe at your own resposiibilties )

Hey OP, if you are interested we can jointly buy a VPN services which will be offering multiple simultaneous connections. I believe it will not be a breaching for their terms of service as I have seen some people are selling this kind of subscription in digital goods sections.

We can buy a services of your choice with 50% sharing on payments. Escrow also most welcome.

Well, if we are approaching it with that perspective, one should really just stay away from the internet in general.  You'll always leave some sort of footprint.
