Enough of this. For those that have not been spending there free credit will not have a credit on launch. For those that did help test the site and used there free credit will be rewarded.
You just think out reason to not pay after testing your site

Ok people, no one is spending the Beta Test credit we have giving you. The whole reason i gave you this was to use and test the site and after testing is over i was going to redeposit .05 advertising credit as payment. If you were a Beta tester and haven't spent the tests credit, this tells me you were not interested in helping and will be deleted. You can make a new account when we launch which will be Monday 12:00 AM 9-19-2016

That the website (login/register) is not SSL encrypted dont care you .. only that you can see your password in the form-field ? ... you must have really a lot of peoples who are looking over your shoulder ..but the main problem here is an other ..but i dont care about it now anymore ...
