Technology is very important topic. Because without technology we can't even live. But negative effects of technology is dragging the society back to wild age. Therefore we should think about it and use the technology to develop the society.
according to my observations to children today with children of antiquity before the existence of technology as it is now, children lack socializing and decreasing achievement in school
Influences mental health, sleep cycles and personal/human relationships
Technology is not always a good thing.
One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

1. we are near to our loved ones yet so far. We dont even have time to eat together, talk together and hang out together.
2. we are making the a zombie like world. Look at people walking on the street, all of them have phones and walking or taliking with their phones.
3. Dying cultures and traditions.
4. Making the world toxic. Radiation and its effect!
5. No more quality time.
In my observation, many children below 7 years old are being addict in using of gadgets so their social interaction with the community are being loss. We should use technology properly so we can avoid problems because Technology is a very big help in our daily activities and works. It help us to finish our jobs faster and accurate.

Even if technology helps us people a lot, there were also bad effects of it. Like it is use for crimes, cyber bullying, and also for scamming. And the most destructible thing that technology do is to hack some personal account of person then use them to get some money.
That's misuse of technology. People are always into brainstorming themselves on what they can do with what they posses. Nothing you can do about it except taking necessary precautions.

Yeah, People tend to develop an odd habit, like skipping meals just to finish what they are playing or what they are doing in their gadgets, or the other way around, over eating while in front of their computers.

I disagree. Technology have a lot of helps to make our daily lives easy, yes i agree that it just affect the lives of children in different situation nowadays like playing iPads instead of playing the traditional street games but it depends on their parents and guardians if they put a limit on how to use it.

For me one of the negative effects of technology is the use of gadgets of many kids nowadays. I really do think technology can change how a child thinks and feels. Children who use too much technology may not have enough time to use their imagination, their reading skills and their deeply think about other.
Technology has reduced the effectiveness in people, i don't know how to put it better than this for example; a student given assignment instead of reading about it will just go online and copy the work that has been done by someone else, likewise the use of calculator, small calculations that one just need to do, you see people using calculator and so many examples
Those moments when you skipped a meal just to see your favorite show. When you stayed very late at night just to chat with your friends until the sun is up. Whenever you prioritize not so important things over essential things, then that is the negative effect of technology to you.
One of the most common negative effects of technology to people are loss of focus and lack of sense of priority. People are so distracted now that even going out without your phone is an almost impossible thing to do, almost like a crime. I have also noticed that people no longer have a strong grasp of responsibility and are getting problems in prioritizing things
That's why as parents, we need to monitor and guide our children. Don't rely on gadgets as their sole educator and playmate. Spend some quality time with them.
One of the negative things of technology is the possibility that they enter as they please in your mind with their fucking media and install there their own thoughts which they you believe are yours.
every thing has two side ..good or bad ..and the effects of all thing depends on us .if we take the good that will helpful to us or if we take bad side that will harmful to us .though the negative effects of technology is harmful to us and it will distroyed our humanity

I guess the most common negative effect of technology today is online bullying and online scam. There are so many people suffering online bullying these days, having fun with their photos editing it to memes and online scams, targeting those newbies in investments to rob their money.
