This is because we became slaves to it... You see, there is thread subject here titled "Life without internet" with the intention to know how many people cannot live without... Hey, we became slaves to social media and I hate it... even technology... In public transport, all you can see are people, if not playing with their cellphones, they are reading updates on social media as if they are going to die not to read ones' status. So sad... really.

Technology helps human race to survive and conastantly progress in technology have negative infuence too,some tradiotional values dissapear,people forgot why thay exists and puropuse of life and we in furture must be in problem with robot technology.
humans in the future will be lazy motion and will not want to socialize, chat more comfortable with gadgets.
In the first place technology is good for a developing country. But it is sad to say that there’s bad effect to the people in the community. Industrial plant is the fruit of technology but it gives bad effects to the people living near it. In other words, technology can give air pollution, and one of the hindrances of Global Warming.

Technology as whole is a good thing. Consequences is inevitable as it weaken our relationship with our family but strengthen the ties beyond the virtual world.

Yes, I agree that one of the disadvantage of technology is the effect of it in the social life of the children. Besides, more children nowadays have eye problems because of too much staring at their iPads. Another is, through the aid of internet, it connects two people in far distance closer but it creates a wall between the people around you. Sometimes I notice that many houses with internet connection are seldom to talk and acquaint with one another because they gave more time on internet rather than sharing stories with their household members. One example is with the children.

I've seen this all the time!!! I mean I've had dates where they're always on their phones! I mean we are in an exotic location in a beautiful restaurant and you look at other people's profile! God!!!
We have the same problem whenever me and my friends or me and my special someone have a night out. My friends are always using their phones, as if they enjoy using their phones more than our night out. Whenever I feel that they are not paying attention because they are using their phones, I'll tell them that anyone who will use their phone will pay the bill.

True! Children today just lazes around looking at their ipads and gadgets. Not just children, but adults too... They're attention span shortened considerably, we want all the information now collated in simple condensed docets. We can't even wait 5 mins to end the video.

I agree with you. If you spend time in front of the computer screen to work, that can be sympathetic. But there are a lot of people sitting in front of the computer screen just to do nothing and no purpose. That makes our eyes weak and may be close, the brain will get worse. Technology has many good points but also many negative ones.If these people weren't in front of their computer, what else would they do? Maybe nothing, it's not a question of technology. I am sure very rich and educated people don't lose their time in front of their computer doing nothing

People nowadays spent too much time to their devices, including kids in this generation, one of the negative effects is instead having a time to your family or friends to bond, you will just sit in one corner and scroll up and down on your phone. We love technology, it can do everything for us easily, but somehow it screwed!!
LOL, I can't see your point here mate. Let me explain it to you, if people are not having family time or having a social life, by using whatever device you have it doesn't mean that the technology screwed up. You see technology was created for the people to use, to make things more easier and more simple to any kind of work. But the things is, if people choose to use technology the way you've said then the technology is not at fault here. Don't you understand? It is the human DISCIPLINE that is wrong here. People are the ones who choose what action they wanted and not the technology.
The disconnection with society. Tech isolates us more, studies have shown this.
The negative effect of the technology to us is to have a pain, we can have a too much pain in our head, because it is not good for our healthy if we always focus in our cellphone or any kind of technology .

yep there is negative effects of technologies like hacking your bank account using some kind of technology, children playing gadgets everyday but there is positive effects of technologies like easy to trace a criminal because of cctv and easy to identify the suspect by a thumb scanner something like that, easy to search by internet. Well we are in modern world so there is positive and negative effects of technologies.
