Let NAS be the Litecoin to NXT. Anyone that is aiming to be a rip-off to begin with doesn't really concern me Smiley
NEM will stand on it's own and not be a litecoin to anything Cool

When comes the official Stakeholderlist without all Sockpuppet Accounts?

The development contract announcement will be released 1-2 weeks prior to the alpha launch. This will include the final stakeholder list. So I'd estimate 1-2 weeks time.

Remember to check out the updates section on the first post. A lot of common questions keep being asked and the answers can all be found there.

I was initially pretty neutral about NAS (I personally didn't want to get involved but I can understand why someone would), until I saw this:

Deliberately accusing NEM as a 'scam' with no evidence is nothing short of childish. It just shows the developer's immature attitude; he is obviously willing to lie and cheat to get people to buy his/her damn coin. If this is a coin whose 'developers' need to attack other coins with lies and deceit to gain popularity then I hope it dies. Like I said, I was completely fine with NAS's existence until I saw this pitiful attack against NEM. It makes my blood boil.

I know. Not to mention that he couldn't even proof read his announcement. Writing "No," instead of "Not."

I disagree. There were 73 initial stakeholders in Nxt, they didn't dump and Nxt price grew pretty fast. Less initial stakeholders = less problems. Few people can always talk to each other and work out a plan of development and marketing. I got into Nxt and Nas too late. Not even right after IPO was over but still had a profit. I could be sitting without money and bitching about millions of initial stakeholders, but instead of that I bought some coins and made good money. Not great money like them, but still good enough to have an opportunity to invest in other new coins.

ROFLMAO!    Grin

Not sure what you were laughing at, but him rationalizing an intentional poor distribution isn't very ethical.

Do we have a timeline when the coin will be launched?

No definite timelines as of now. Rough estimates are as follows:
  • Stakeholder Social Contract (including final stakeholder list and development roadmap) - in time for the alpha client launch. Possibly a week or so sooner.
  • Alpha client launch for testing - Late April 2014
  • Launch - Late May 2014

Other F.A.Q.s here.

let me think ... NAS is purely POS, like NXT, and there is one guy owning 20% of all the coins out there? like, a fifth of all the transaction fees go to the same guy?

currency allready doomed.

You are talking about different matters:

"currency allready doomed"  vs "I bought some coins and made good money"

maybe currency is something more longlife than an investment
