As far as I know it was never planned for Q3 2016 or Q1 2017.

NEM doesn't hype price with promises they cannot keep. NEM usually simply delivers instead of hype.

i still have some XEM on my polo account which still have about 2k of it, why would polo not credit it anyway. kept it there just for ease of access using my laptop. they are not robbers.
