The next attempt to drop the price below 1400 did not succeed. Again. Very strong indeed.

I was one of those weak hands. I sold a bit of my stake.

But I still have much XEM to Hold on to.

Sold yesterday to pay my debt at the bank. Otherwise I would pay the bank every month for 10 years with high interest.

So I don't regret it. Even if the XEM that I sold could be 10x more worth in the future. I'm happy that I will be debt free.
The rest of my XEM is in HODL mode.

Free at last. Thank the NEM Gods almighty.

Congratulations. I appreciate your choices. A lot.

Does anyone else suffer from extremely slow transaction confirmations? I am moving XEM via the main wallet. I was moving over 1M XEM, with a fee of 150 XEM, it didnt happen within an hour so it cancelled itself. Then I raised the fee to 500 XEM, again no confirmations in nearly an hour.

I also tried to test send a small transaction, 50 XEM, with a 4 XEM fee. This too is reaching an hour with no confirmations.

I did have a successful transaction go through earlire today with a 10 XEM fee.

Anyone know what's wrong or how to fix this?

Your NIS is giving you problem. You probably have a bad Internet connection.

I had same problem 2 weeks ago and it was clearly the internet conection that it was really bad and slow

Dump?
1 step backward for 2 step forward.
It may be the last chance to buy cheaply. Wink

I would've liked to have done the same but everyone's a trading hero in retrospect.

Always, with the benefit of hindsight. Best is to buy, keep, and don't look at it.

If everyone were to be a Klee, that person will regret. More likely than not, this person will get burned. Technical analysis is a chance analysis without taking into consideration what the actual situation is.

In this instance, NEM has much more to offer.

500 M XEM / 2.25 M XEM / stake   =  222 stakes ...

That is exactly the same as number of The Untouched  Smiley

That mean 1/10 people did not claim their  xem and probably won't ever do it due to lost keys
same goes to Satoshi 2m wallter with BTC Cheesy
just looks scary but this is just lost case.
Those who wanted dump XEM they did it in this 2year period arleady.

I think some of them are most likely lost but alot of them are just people holding.. I didn't touch my stake for a long long time either until the price started rising and i got a little paranoid because i didn't pay as much attention to security back when i had generated and submitted the private key as i do today. So just to be extra safe i moved my xem into another account with a private key i could be absolutely sure was safe. I'm sure a lot of people got into nem thinking as i do that this will be my one chance to make some real money and are absolutely prepared to hold at least until 1 xem = 1 usd. Smiley

Im in that camp, but expect some weak hands to sell...

I think most of them have sold by now. I can't imagine how the people who sold for couple hundred usd on nxt ae can live with themselves now.

I agree.
I was so tempted to sell last night, sometimes its better not to stare at the charts every day.
Thing long term, thats what i tell myself.

I was tempted, and should have followed my gut.  I was expecting a fall/correction, I could have sold my stake at 2k sat and re bought it today at 1k, which would have been a tidy 13k profit and still have my entire stake back today... there was a good freebie opportunity last night, and I chickened out and missed it.

If anyone was watching the trollbox yesterday, there were a bunch of people spreading FUD to pull the price down. Weak hands sold off.
Once their xem bag was full, the trolls went quiet.
Very interesting.......

It makes me feel like a father hearing his daughter getting fucked through the bedroom wall watching all the childish pumping and screaming. I suppose it's a badge of honour of a sort.

If the value continues to rise is there some sort of dynamic fee adjustment?

NXT ae prices were pretty respectable. Stakes cost about 3-4 BTC if I remember rightly. Not a bad return but obviously not so great now. Pity those who sold in the sub 100 range.

My stake cost me 16K NXT, i think some may have got them even cheaper.

Yeah it was hard not to sell for me too.. not because of the fiat, but for all that sweet nem i could have made.
