It is neither. As you know NEM is always prudent with the things it does. We are not ready yet as we need to make sure that we have the right governance in managing this.
So, we are still looking at how to do this, especially you know how hard it is to manage physical assets in a decentralised cyber set up like ours.
I thought there was a chunk of NEM set aside for this and it was put on hold due to the low volume and price of NEM at the time. My memory could also be failing however.
I knew my memory was still good. When will this be implemented?

It would be neat if somebody made a detailed step by step guide for how to get an NIS harvesting on a raspi. It wouldn't ever be a supernode, but it could make blocks and collect fees.
