Contact support. I did the same with 100k coins.

They asked for timestamp, wallet address and transaction ID and they had it sorted quick enough.

Hopefully they can do the same.

You need to contact Poloniex and they'll hopefully sort it out.

Poloniex wallet address is, so to speak, public address, and the massage is the key to your private address.
Without message, your XEM can't transfer to your private wallet in Polo.
You had better submit a ticket at Polo.
They will solve the problem within a few days.
I had experienced the same thing last year. Wink

p.s.) I remember they asked me to send very small amount of accurate xy.abc XEM from the same wallet again with a message.

I now understood the account, watched innovations, after visiting the mosaics tab and coming back to the main page, in the window saw your mosaics that I have displayed

Never saw this problem reported from anyone else. Higher loads during the initial sync are normal(ish) but just regular operation shouldn't be causing any problems like that.

You have to give it time upto 24 hours, First your balance will be moved to vested balance inside your xem wallet and you ll be able to harvest Wink

up to 24 hours is incorrect. It completely depends on the balance. With 10k XEM in his account he'll have to wait a hell of a lot onger than 24hrs until he's eligible to harvest.
10% of your unvested balance are vested each day.

@otnieto : you need 10000 *vested* xem in your wallet. Vesting is done automatically for new coins in your wallet at a rate of 10% per day. That means you have to either buy more coins or wait for a very very long time. Aside from that i think in order to really have a chance to harvest a block you should have a considerably higher amount, like 1_000_000 xem.

You don't need a message if you are sending from Polo to your wallet.
