The last day(admittedly profits are down) its making around the same that nicehash does.

0.00472944 BTC/day with 6x 1080's

With lower fees and such it is probably slightly more profitable.

Hi,

I just added the jha algo and SWEEP coin to zpool.

Cheers

While it is super fun to see 99% share rate for jha, the SWEEP coin dev has disabled jackpot function and payout is ~900-1000 coins until jackpot function is fixed.

So you get maybe .000015-.00002 BTC per block to share with miners since market rate is .00000002 per SWEEP right now.

I'm in the same boat as you. 3 card 1080 Ti only returns about 5 mBTC per day recently.

Try editing your start.bat file and change "interval" from 90 to 1800

Thanks for sharing. I'm gonna give it another 24 hours. Setting the interval to 900 now. We'll see.
If not better tomorrow I'll go back to NH.

Hi I've seen the title, just wanted to know if it's possible?

At the risk of being rude… what they are trying to say is… NO!

These are my zpool balances:
2017-07-18 19:00      0.00038296
2017-07-20 07:00      0.00183344

So in 36 hours I only made 0.00183344 - 0.00038296 = 0,00145048
That's 2,917 euro for 36 hours according to preev?

Any help/info is welcome. Thanks.

Hi:

I'm in the same boat as you. 3 card 1080 Ti only returns about 5 mBTC per day recently.

Reading through this thread, a person tested different profitability with various switch intervals, and found 3000 interval (50 minutes) was higher profit over 1 day.

He was trying for a 30 minute interval though and confused his numbers. I think he has the right idea overall.

Try editing your start.bat file and change "interval" from 90 to 1800

Well dragonmike, I don't have the equipment do a parallel test.
I assume you already did a parallel test? If so, pls share your results.

All I can say is that NH has been giving me _at least_ 3 eur/day for the last 4 weeks.
BTC/eur went up the last 2 days, so I am assuming it is still at least eur/day.

Profitability will fluctuate day by day currently.

I understand that.
No, I haven't done a parallel test either, hence why I don't claim one to be more profitable than the other.
I have made an assumption based on several factors:
- zpool/Nemo is nimbler because it's smaller than Nicehash, so it will have better performance mining small coins that are profitable for a short amount of time
- Fee is lower than Nicehash
- More algos than Nicehash

This is enough for me to have made up my mind. I'm pretty sure Nemosminer is more profitable. But I'd welcome anyone having the capacity and time to do the proper test and share the result.

at this time it seems to be earning LESS than NH for me.  Huh
Have you split your hashpower 50-50 between nicehash and Nemosminer and tested for a week? Because otherwise these kind of statements are useless. Profitability will fluctuate day by day currently. Earlier this week I was having $40 days with my rig, yesterday it was about half that.

So please refrain from saying things like x is more profitable than y unless you've tested them in parallel under the exact same conditions.

Just want to make sure, will I be able to use Nemosminer with Radeon GPU's, I use RX 570 and R9 280X ?

and will it be more profitable then using Nicehashminer ?

thanks

Seriously. Have you even read the title of the thread before you started posting?

So from time to time I'm mining an algo that brings in 5-10 eur/day.. Sometimes it's an algo that earns only less 3 eur/day
When I compare my earnings with the earnings from yesterday at thesame hour, I earned less than 3 euros.

I must say NiceHash was earning me more. Am I doing something wrong?

Obviously, because when i pull up nicehash miner, it says ill earn like 50% less than i currently make on Nemominer

This can't be the max earnings with a 1080 Ti card, right?

but first:  how many cards are in that rig?  What model(s)?

Thanks i will get to that when i get home and post it.

I am running 3x Gigabyte G1 gtx 1070s

ok good;  not more than 3 cards so that throws some possible scenarios out the window.

but for sure that ccminer error is from it not being able to connect to the pool for whatever reason....  so I am going to predict that if the miner doesn't work again when you get home, that a ping will fail.  a traceroute may be able to point you to what hop along the data path your connection isn't making it through, as it will ping every "hop" or node, between you and the place you are tracing.

Okay so i did the traceroute, and i find the hop where it gets "request timed out" but what do i do now to fix it?

 11    61 ms    63 ms    64 ms  be100-153.chi-5-a9.il.us [192.99.146.62]
 12     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 13     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 14   299 ms     *      305 ms  be50-7.bhs-3a-a9.qc.ca [198.27.73.94]
 15    61 ms    59 ms    59 ms  mine.zpool.ca [149.56.122.79]

Trace complete.

I get the same error on all 3 of my nvidia pcs can't seem to work the optimized miner.  Also I'm having a different issue with the 6x 1070 rig as when i use the regular nemosminer 2.0.7 it actually connects and mines at least but will randomly hang upon opening up an algorithm after 30 mins or so of mining and then stay stuck and not mine anything until i close the miner and then the script starts again.  Any ideas?

You need to fix your internet man.. your isp is routing you through some either slow or bad routes... i would try hard resetting your modem to maybe kick it out of that loop... my ping to zpool.ca is 11ms, so in theory i am able to request and send packets 5.5x times in the time your internet is able to request.. so having a delay in your internet like that will place you in the position for a lot of bad unlucky blocks being mined, because your internet delay fails you thousands of times a day as you start mining a block and within your internet delay period soemone else completed it, but your still working hard on that block, you finally submit it and its not credited to you because it was found by someone else... thus unlucky blocks

How can i do the hard reset you're talking about?  Also, do you think this is responsible for me getting lower true hashrate compared to my displayed hashrates?

i have a rig with 4 gtx1070 and it keeps saying non-existant CUDA device #3 specified in -d 0

no starting

Check your PSU  i had that and my PSU wasnt putting out enough

I have a 1200 watt psu and it works perfect mining on nicehash......wish i could get this working. Have 5 rigs i can put on it

still yet to figure out what is going on. I have looked everywhere and the card seems fine. I am running 4 gtx1070 and yet still says non-existant CUDA device #3 specified in -d 0

no starting

Works perfect with no errors on nicehash and was told this is better payout and all. Once I get one going I'll put my 5 other rigs on it.

I only see ~20 miners... and ~300MH

Right. Now it's at 19 miners and 524 MH/s.

My rig of 3 1080 Tis can mine 130 MH/s, which is nearly 1/4 of that total hashing power.

But zpool never shows more than about 800 KH/s on my timetravel shares. It's really odd.

I have been kinda curious about this also, one of the algo's i have been seeing half on reports from my rigs, because when all my rigs are on timetravel im hashing 880MH/s, but the pool will only say something like 400-500MH/s pool wide...
